This was a fast and furious strength HIIT session@ I only used the 12 and 15 pounders, but it kicked my heart rate up! Great to maximize the muscles used if you're short on time.

This kicked my butt! I modified as needed as my fitness level isn’t quite there. I’d love to go back and do this in a month or so and see if I have improved! 💪🏻

Wow! That was a challenge. I really enjoyed the format though and being able to move at my own pace within the 5 minute segments. Sometimes we don't have a full 40 minutes to an hour to dedicate to our workout, but this proves you can still get an amazing and challenging workout when short on time. I'd really love it if you could do more videos with this format!
Loved it. It was hard and those up down plank crawls were brutal.
I especially loved the squat variations in the last sequence. I echo others who say they like the shorter AMRAP structure! I’m 10 weeks pregnant and am easily winded, but this helped me to feel like my normal, strong self!

Wow fabulous amrap hiit workout. The excercises are challenging I tried to stick to 15 lbs but at some excercises I used 12lbs to stay in the pace and to keep the form.

Love the AMRAP and that last push was pretty challenging but like you said "I'm glad that it's over" ha ha, Keep up the challenging content. Oh maybe you can how a little example of what the next set of exercises look like before transitioning just to make sure our form is correct
Sometimes I do that, but sometimes too busy to add that as it takesa log time to do previews. :(

Definitely my least favorite format. I always struggle to keep up, have to stop and pause the video a ton and then feel 💩 because I'm falling behind. On to knock out the 50 rep video next 😊
