    Well, apparently I can't count well. My son Stratton, my editor, said there were only 58 exercises!! Argh! Oh well, it will be fire anyway! We will alternate between the build exercises (heavier weights) and the burn exercises (lighter weights, but more reps!).

    Shorter workouts have their place but I need/want longer workouts. This was great! NOT boring at all!!!!!!! Also love the compound workouts regardless of what "they" say lol. As an aging woman I desire all the formats. Each one has it's specific benefits. If I don't like a move I substitute...that seems like a no brainer to me? Thank you, as always, for doing what YOU know🙂

    I ended up not having enough time to do a 60-minute workout yesterday, but I got to do this one today, yay! 😁I loved alternating between build and burn, such a great format. 👍 Man, that Arnold Press/Chest Press combo really burns! 🔥I have to use 3's on those, if I want to finish the set! I'll work my way up to 5's eventually. Whew, that was a nice, long workout for my Saturday AM. 😅
    I know exactly the commenter you mentioned. 😒I'll never understand WHY people continually come to a channel they obviously don't like, JUST to leave nasty comments. She apparently isn't fit enough to handle your workouts, Tracy, and wants to make it your problem instead of HERS!

    Thank You Tracy I was hesitant about this one I usually do your 30-45 but this was a challenge but feels so good. I started really taking my work outs seriously when Covid appeared, I started slowly but now I use 8lbs to 15lbs and for this 70 year old thats great. It's taking a long time to see definition but I know it's calorie intake and I'm working on that as well now. So thanks again of being here and pushing us to get healthier.

    Whew, that was spicy! 15 minutes in, I was wondering about my survival rate and then suddenly we were done! Loved it! Shaky muscles means hard work performed! And I don't know who this woman is that thinks these are boring, but I have many thoughts lol! Clearly, she is not pushing herself hard enough. I'm never bored in any of these workouts and if I'm not sweating, I go heavier! You keep doing your thing, Tracy, because you know how to make it happen.

    I went into it thinking it might be mentally hard to get thru a full hour of strength (I love my cardio too) but it went by very fast. Love that you changed it up for every single move and mixing heavy with lighter weights was fun. Thank you so much for always changing things up …it really helps keep me motivated and excited to do your workouts.

    Wasn't sure that I was ready for this yet - but went for it and so glad I did. The no repeat was great for a long workout and time flew by. Arms in particular now need a rest!!

    Thank you so much for the incredible workout. I particularly enjoyed the stretch with informative chat. I’m heading into menopause and experiencing muscle weakness, sore shoulder and hip flexor joints, something new to me after exercising my whole adult life. Doing the longer workout with even lighter weights is still developing lean muscle. Slow and steady wins the race. You are the best!!!

    LOVE this format!!! Boring?!?!? Sheesh!! Some people!! Please tune them out and listen to the rest of us that appreciate you. The podcast sounds great. Keeping the name similar to the name of your other platforms seems like a good idea so people will have an easier time finding you. I'm certainly no expert, just a thought. Thanks!

    I personally prefer a mix of cardio and strength workouts. I can’t count the number of times I have repeated your strength and cardio mix workouts 😂! However, I have noticed that you don’t do cardio workouts much anymore. I have never done a 60 minute straight strength workout, so I thought I would jump in. I feel fabulous! I completed the entire workout in one go 😊! Now I’ll have to try the 45 and look forward to seeing the upcoming 30. Thanks, Tracy!

    Long short hour!! No repeat was great. Loved it!! If people say the workout is boring, sounds like they aren't lifting heavy enough to challenge themselves probably, just a guess.

    Great workout!! I had to save for Saturday because I typically only have an hour Monday - Friday and it has to include warmup and cool down. Until I started following you I was scared of all strength workouts 🫣😂 but you’ve help me build confidence and muscle!! 💪🏻 Thanks Tracy😊❤
