  • 30 MINUTE LOW IMPACT HIGH INTENSITY CARDIO - I actually was pleasantly surprised at how many calories my Apple watch told me that I burned doing this. I think that my heart rate was jacked up a number of times because of the isometric squat holds. You all know how much those burn and the heart rate soars. Much easier on the joints, if you need that thing, but also great because it's apartment friendly! Enjoy.

    Loved this one Tracy. It's always a good reminder that low impact doesn't have to mean it's an "easy" workout. My heart rate got up and my sweat was ON. I was feeling low on energy and motivation due to that time of the month, and the last thing I felt like doing was bouncing around. I forced myself to do this one A) because it was low impact and B) because i didn't think i had much more in me than 30 minutes. Now I feel great that I moved daily, and have a bit of an energy boost to get me through the rest of the day. Thank you!

    Yes, this was such an awesome work out. I am doing a 24 hour fast and wanted to work out but didn’t want anything high intensity but this still kicked my butt. Heart rate got way up there and legs were feeling it. Thanks Tracy

    Just completed your workout. It was great! I am 72 years of life here on this beautiful earth❀. Have worked out at home ( via utube) for many years. I am in great health, but low impact is best for me now. This was so good because my heart rate was elevated and I appreciate how you show alternative movements. Thank You! God Bless

    I liked this workout a lot. Easy to follow moves. I burned close to 300 more than I typically burn for 30 minutes. So yes please more low impact!

    I missed doing this one when it came out. I was searching for more of your low impact workouts and this was terrific. I hope you record many more low impact cardio and strength workouts. This format appeals to me the most because there is nothing easy about it, but the joints are saved from jarring. Keep them coming, please.

    Great low impact workout . Like you said , I am in this for the long whole , so sometimes you have to be humble and listen to your body. It is when the ego gets in the way that can sometimes lead to injury . Thank you for this workout .

    Yes I need more of this! One hip replacement a year ago, planning the next in May. Love to jump around but my joints suffer from it so keep them coming. Paired with the 40 minute Lo Impact HIIT I did on Monday, feeling the quads for sure. love love love

    This is just right, Tracy! I was sweaty but still felt energetic. This 55 year old can only do about 3 ‘push’ days a week and almost all your workouts are so intense that I’m rung out by the end. This is doable. Please do more!!!

    Great workout! I really like the low impact workouts. This one really made me sweat, raised my heart rate the whole time and worked my legs! A lot of low impact workouts are for beginners, but this didn't feel like a beginner workout

    Tried this instead of the High Impact , needed a quicker workout today . Pleasantly and sweatily (don't even know if thats a word) surprised. I am 55 and I should be doing low impact like that for a bunch of reasons. Yes , definitely more of that!! I remember your instagram when you guys were in shoe store and Piper trying on boots and she picked a gorgeous pair! Good Luck to her !!!

    Hi Tracy! I'm just getting slowly back into working out again, after my serious back injury at the end of November last year. I was very debilitated for months, but lately I've been able to start incorporating more exercises back into my routine. This low impact cardio workout was just right for me today, for where I'm at! I had to modify some of the moves, not going into the squats as deeply, and the kicks and knee lifts had to be lower, but it was definitely doable. My heart rate got up there, and I got really sweaty! Thank you Tracy, and I will search out more low impact workouts on your channel as I continue to recover.

    i had a surgery on my foot six weeks ago. I can begin to do sport but no jumping or running for the moment. This low impact cardio is perfect for me now. I did squats instead of lunges bur for the rest i was able t do all. Thanks so much.

    Tracy this has been a lifesaver today - recently had a procedure on my eyes so I can only see out of one eye so am a bit wobbly on my feet and was really missing moving daily with you but managed to do this one without falling over and still got the heart rate up so feeling great - thank you so much 🙏

    Loved it! Yes, more low impact please! I modify higher impact moves as needed, but when I search for workouts I usually look for "low impact cardio". Generally my body can handle 2 or 3 days a week of higher impact, but I have to be careful not to push too hard ;)
