- 50 MINUTE NO REPEAT SWEATY MESS CARDIO HIIT - This is a super fun, and super sweaty no repeat workout! All cardio hiit moves in this one, so work as hard as you can and get that heart rate up! We are burning almost 600 calories today so drink lots of water and rest as you need. Let's do this sweaty cardio hiit session and move daily! Low impact modifications included.

Loved this! Especially the length of it! I feel the longer cardio class increases our endurance. And I love how you kept it moving the whole time with only 10 second breaks in between. Would love to see more of these!

I like the fact that you showed when you were at your limit and took a break, it makes you more relatable. Great w/o, did the low impact version (nursing an injury) but still sweat a TON and burned over 400 calories. Glad I found your site! Keep it up!

That was great! Heart is pounding after those last moves. Loved the intervals (45/10), the variety of no repeat moves and I didn't have to hit the floor once! Thank you Tracy! While I usually like a combo of strength and cardio, i really liked this one.

Love these Standing workouts I have a bad shoulder so these save my shoulder
me too. I love standing cardio, but dont like burpess or floor work because of my shoulder, had screws put in to stop dislocations

Great work out! I used light weights with some of the exercises...and holy my heart rate went up! Exercising everyday really helps my arthritis...the stiffness in the morning doesn’t last long if I get a work out in first thing. Thank you!!❤️

I don't care for HIIT too much (although, I liked this format better than Tabata format), so I don't do it even once a week. How often do you think is most helpful for lengthening those telemeres? How does steady state cardio influence health? I don't rely solely on it, but I walk at least 30 min/day in addition to my morning workout.
I have also found that if I don't incorporate yoga and stretching into my workouts (weightlifting is my favorite, but I don't seem to burn as many calories in weight-only workouts), my muscles don't recover as well after I tax them hard. Do you ever do yoga/stretching videos? Or do you have someone you recommend on YT?

This was great for many reasons, one , I was able to take it outdoors as it was a beautiful day here in New York! So I love the sun and with the warm sun beating on me my heart rate shot up there! At first I thought , Oh My, 50 minutes but it was fun and went fast. Definitely would love another one!! I, too , love the strength with a hint of cardio just because i am 56, I have early onset osteoporosis and my bone density did improve abd that is surely from weight bearing exercises. So Thank you !!!

This was a great workout! I love the no repeat. I didn’t think that I could get a good workout without burpees or sprawling frog kicks, but this standing only workout definitely got my heart rate up 🙂.
Just gotta add in the jumps!
This was a great workout. I held light dumbbells for some of the exercises . Needed some extra breaks. I made it through 42 minutes of the video before I ran out of time, so I'm pleased with that. Thanks Tracy!
