Gautham
Hello and thank you so much for this video! Great explanation. I have a question on the release schedule and backlog: planning release dates for the entire project and how many sprints in each, project costs and etc, sounds like planning it mostly from the start, including the scope. This doesn’t seem aligned with the Agile way of working, but more similar to rolling wave planning in a predictive framework, am I missing something?
Hi Gautham, Thanks for the detailed flow. Its very clear to understand and minimum artifacts required & its ownership.
You are most welcome !!
Gautham

The Sprint review or the demo should only include the " completed user stories" OR completed+ uncompleted (unfinished work of the sprint) OR only those user stories that meet the DOD?
Great video many thanks ❤
You’re welcome 😊
Gautham
Hi Gautham, commendable job, amazing. Thank you for sharing this. One suggestion - you could have added the Agile ceremony duration in the information like Daily stand up is for 15 minutes, sprint planning for 2 hours, etc.
Thanks for loving the video.
Thanks for your suggestion.
Gautham
Hi Gautham, Thanks for the video! I have a question and hope to get some clarity. Why do you derive the Sprint Backlog from the Product Backlog and not from the Release Backlog, which is already aligned with the Roadmap? Wouldn't it be more logical / faster to go through the Release Backlog when performing the Sprint Planning?
Very much needed . appreciated
