The best part about your videos besides all the content, knowledge, scenarios etc. The videos are not edited to a large extent. You've messed up few words while speaking but it's obvious if someone speaks for hours. So in nutshell, your videos look 1-0-1 interactive and very helpful!!! All the best!!!

c is the answer, being a servant leader guiding team to identify and resolve the issues. Motivate team is the characteristics of servant leader
Perfect Deepa. We have not even covered this topic but your thought process is absolutely in right direction
D is my best guess. Not knowing Kaizen, it is focusing on continuous improvement and other answers seem to be more process focus
I really liked the way you used elimination technique. Great job, if you need more videos like these check out the link: www.eduhubspot.com/packages/pmp
Q1: Option C: Being a servant leader, guiding them to resolve issues (Since I had just heard about servant leadership in the video and also it mentioned about efficiency improvement)
Q2: Option D: Adapt organization documentation as its necessary documentation (Since it was mentioned the document is a mandate one)
Q3: Option D: Conduct root cause analysis (to ensure we do not make such errors again if a similar situation pops up)
Thank you for the awesome explanation. Getting there of how options need to be eliminated and choosing the closest one.
this was great.
Thanks Juan. I am glad you liked it. Check out more videos on this link: www.eduhubspot.com/packages/pmp

Being a servant leader, guiding team to identify and resolve issues is the answer to the question. That is to enable the team members and bettering the team performance overall slowly but surely.
That is excellent thought process Chen. Looking forward to teach you in my next boot camp. Good luck and lets make you PMP this time:

Tactics to make people understand are super effective and user-friendly, I know it takes a lot of energy/ time and planning to come up with such an impressive context. It is really very realtime -valuable, helpful, extremely informative and far better than who we pay the money for getting PMP courses... Awesome and tremendous work dear.
Paying values in these words -"Thanks" are not enough to explain its worth. It is incredible in free mode learning. Definitely God will bless you for all that you are ambitious for...!

Q3 B since going back to drawing board will help to the design architecture to suit the integration of systems
A for the change of the design question. It is saying that "making previous work done as a waste" that's why I consider the sprint should be cancelled.
Cancelling the sprint might be too extreme sometimes
i failed my PMP exam last year as the focus was more toward my house construction...and then PMP changed the course , then we were hit by lockdown 2...its about time i take up the exam..thank you making an super informative video...

Q#3 answer is D as in the scrum methodology there is the retrospective which focuses on lessons learnt ie feedback into the prioritized product backlog and thus even if it is a fail it will well inform the new sprint.
Your awesomeness knows no bounds! I aced my exam yesterday, surpassing my target score. During the exam, I envisioned you guiding me towards the correct answers. Your sessions have proven to be incredibly beneficial. Thank you for your valuable assistance.
You are the best! Greetings from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷

20:42 my first instinct was C, since the issue they were trying to identify and fix was their efficiency.
Q2 D since it talks about adapting to the organizational requirements and prepare them

Option C as it shows the qualities of a servant leader who is guiding his team to improve and achieve their goals
I selected answer a) Canceling the sprint was the first thing to be done...after that we can go back to Drawing board.
Varun and Gautham videos are very handy for my preparation, thank u guys and keep continuing your efforts.
I am glad you loved the video.

question : if in agile iron triangle resource is fixed than how scrum master manage the additional changes cost and deliver it on time.
for the first question: d because of the continuous improvement
Good job Yuma
The presentation condenses a vast amount of material into a few understandable concepts - very helpful when studying.
First question focuses on efficiency. Kaizen and continuous improvement focus on efficiency. Answer: D
Second question identifies required documentation for certification. The scrum master would update organizational documentation to align with the new requirements. Answer: D
Third question looks at the impact of a scope change on the project. Because the initial strategy did not meet the project requirements, the team will need to go back to the drawing board. Answer: B
Thank you so much for liking my video.
Varun
Q1 C since it talks about being a servant leader, guiding team to identify a d resolve issues
B - to see if the requirement was clear and is there something to be considered while redesigning.
Michelle Stillwell: I choose answer A: Cancel the sprint. I dont know that you have to go all the way back to the drawing board (option B) - seems extreme. Continue with the work (option C) doesn't make sense because you know it's faulty. Option D is maybe important so not to reproduce an issue, but seems if you know there was a problem first step might be to cancel the sprint.
D is the correct answer explaining what a Scrum Master will do.
Good job Aksenia. Keep on learning from it
(Q1: D) Through efficiency and enhancement, the agile coach is following the Kaizen approach to be better with every launch.
(Q2: D) Scrum is from Agile and Agile embraces the change. So when its mandate for the organization then as an Agile org we must adapt and hence the scrum master will accept the change and prepare the document.
(Q3: B&D) Confused with the B & D options. We must to the RCA for fixing the issue or remove the waste/user story from the board. so the close answer is B as it is the first step (Neil Armstrong technique)
Awesome presentation Varun👌👌
Thanks a lot Rajesh 😊
Answer D: Because its asking about mandate the detail documentation, i think adapt the organizational documentation requirement would be the best answer.
Thanks Varun
I am glad Emmanuel you liked it. Do check out some more videos from me on this link:

In the Question itself mentioning the giving powers & self evaluation. This represents the servant leadership. So I am selecting C but I have a confusion after reading all options. Especially with option D. But I will go with my first choice C.
Question 1 : D (as in question it is talking about small enhancements everyday which is continuous)
option D-since mentions small enhancement everyday, so it is continuous improvement
Hello, Varun I achieved PMP credentials on 29th Dec 2021. Thank you so much for your postings which was help me lot in understandings of agile, agile framework and situational questions both agile, hybrid and waterfall approch.

and last part was very funny😀😃😄
I am glad you loved my video.
Varun
Answer D-
Using Elimination Technique found that RCA (Retrospective ) is required to found out the actual cause and try to fix same in upcoming sprints.
Question at 40:35
Option A - X as irrelevant as the question doesn't talk of what to do about sprint
Option C - X if current design is not working and the feedback indicates that, then there is no point in continuing, one needs to rework on the plan and so.
Option B - X - though Good choice, but first we need to understand what new design is required and for that RCA is needed to understand the change that is required in design.
Option D - Ans - Good choice - First understand why integration is not working, what is missing, what is needed and then next step would be to get back to design/drawing board
Oops - I got it wrong.
Option B is correct answer.
Thanks Varun for explanation. 👍Got it.
Question 2 was a great example of figuring out what is really being asked.
Yes, thats exactly what happens all the time.
Subscribed!
Yuhu... Thank you for doing that. Means a lot to me :)
