In most of the questions you have been explaining that Agile is not using Change Requests and CCB.But in question 175 ,in Agile methodology change request has been used .Can you please explain where to use change requests and where not to.

There is one thing very confusing when it comes to agile methodologies everytime you say we dont raise change request in agile methodologies and suddenly in Q 175 where it is agile methodologies you select that answer so too confusing

For Q4 , I think you can invite the entire world (suppliers, customers etc) for the Review meeting and not for retrospective....in fact we will not ask the Project Manager( not SM) and other members not to be part of Retrospective where we will focus more on process improvement

Have one question regarding last question.As per PMBOK, before taking action and before updating documents always the first step should be like finding the reason for the problem (Like inact analysis) so option D will be my first choice instead of updating stakeholder register i should first know why the stakeholder was missed then only i will update document. Please advise on my understanding.

Question 73: Why are we "notifying the client and proposing the impact analysis?" The question clearly states that the team has already taken over and the reason is known. Why is there a need to notify the client when the client already knows (this is implied since they hired the new team)?

Based on my review, Seems like I have to study/practice lot of agile methodologies. Since, I’m a mechanical engineer and have never used Agile methodologies in my projects. It is kind of tricky to me. I have solved most of your questions by elimination/Neil armstrong technique which got me right (actually not by conceptual knowledge, haha). Finally, Thanks for your support and you will be a great part in my PMP journey. Will again comeback and comment once I pass my exam.
