    Scenario: 01
Judging: Individuals with a judging preference tend to be organized, structured and focused on planning. They like to have clear goals, deadlines, and detailed plans. They often prefer to complete tasks and make decisions in a timely and orderly manner. In your scenario, the team member's upfront planning and adherence to the plan align with the traits typically associated with the Judging preference.
    Scenario: 02
Perceiving: Individuals with a perceiving preference often have a more flexible and adaptable approach to tasks. They might appear to be spontaneous and open to new experiences. In the scenario you've described, the team member seems to have completed the work on time despite engaging in activities like playing games and socializing. This suggests they might have been comfortable adjusting their schedule and taking breaks for other activities while still meeting their commitments.

    As for Question 1:
Scenario 1 will be Introvert. Introverts keep to themselves and enjoy their company by themselves. Not wanting to respond is not wanting to interact with another and would rather resolve the scenario by himself. May get angry or irritated when taking out of his comfort zone or in the face of confrontation.
Scenario 2 on the other hand will be the Extrovert. They are interactive, not minding to respond to questions or concerns, happy to share in your opinion that you bring to the table, ready to converse and communicate with another!
Question 2: Scenario 1 is Judging. Judging as in following a laid down plan by this individual to get work done and following that plan to completion. Pretty organized.
Scenario 2 will be Perceived which is opposite of Judging. Individual will still get the job done but will not follow the order of a certain organized pattern. More relaxed and flexible way of getting work done.
