- Many times my students & PMP aspirants share that they were not able to complete the PMP Exam test on time and as a result, they fail the PMP Exam on their first attempt.
As we know, PMP Exam is divided into three sections with a Duration of Total 230 minutes to solve 180 questions.
Section 01: 1- 60 Questions
Section 02: 61- 120 Questions
Section 03: 121- 180 Questions

The First 120 questions on your PMP exam can be done in a normal way.
The techniques which I have explained in this video are only to be applied for Questions 121 to 180 if you are left with only 40 minutes and 60 questions that need to be solved.
The purpose of this technique is to make sure that you select the correct answer choice quickly without wasting much time, so you can complete your PMP Exam on time.
If everything is going at a normal pace, then no need to use this technique.
Technique 1: Read the question quickly. Read the answer choices, and mark them. Don’t read it multiple times & move on.
Technique 2: Where you don’t have to read the question. Just read the answer choices & use the elimination technique to select the correct answer choice.
Technique 3: Read the last statement of the question and then your four choices and try to find the answer, so you are saving your time by not reading many statements in the questions which is a kind of garbage information given in real PMP exams to confuse you.

Hi Varun, I passed PMP last week and I did the time management well. My trainer advised for 75, 75, 80 but my actual was 81, 80, 69... but I had 1.30 minute pending at the end.... result was Above target.
Iam extremely thrilled, as I followed your agile videos recently and older ones during last year, while my free time.
My experience of following videos including yours, doing agile situational questions, with test center mocks made me to manage time and pass the exam.
I lost all hopes during break time, but thought of doing it in AGILE way, without loosing hopes and now.I am.a.proud PMP holder

Oh my goodness this is exactly how lengthy and more worded the actual exam look like..
The drag and drop are nerve wrecking. As u can't just match anything without reading. And one drag and drop may have upto 8 questions match in one.
I was able to pass because previous test taker tips on reddit and other PMP aspirant platforms helped gain knowledge and prepare more.
I was left with 24min for the last 60questions I almost give up and but then I remember other people success stories and I was able to apply it.
I just mark any answer just to make sure I answered all questions. I was surprised 😮 when I got my result T T & AT just like a miracle. Grace of God pulled me through.
For those that are about to take their exam. Good information like this helps in the exam and get use to solving lengthy questions like Varun display on here because the time on the actual exam run faster than normal.

If I may suggest…
With my one experience of failing, I suggest - the least but not last, don’t ever leave the questions unanswered. Since there are no negative markings, just mark something - educated guess as Varun suggested else something. But don’t leave it unattempted.
That is absolutely correct. We have to make sure that we attempt all the questions. I wish I would have remembered this and then I would have spoken about it in my video. But thank you so much.

I had tried it and it wasted my precious minutes in navigating first backwards and then forwarded. …. basically to search back for particular question that I wanted to double check my marked answer.
