With the arrival of warm weather, it's finally time to take your cooking outside to your backyard and get your grill going to make some delicious chicken koobideh kabob for your family.
The entire process of making kabab, from preparing the meat mixture and shaping it on the skewers with evenly spaced ridges to standing over a hot grill on a hot summer day with all the flames, smoke, and smell of charcoal, will be an unforgettable experience for you.
2 lb chicken breast
1 lb chicken thighs
1 lb onions
1 ½ tsp salt
¼ tsp turmeric
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika
1 to 2 pinches of citric acid
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
½ tbsp sour cream or yogurt
1 to 2 oz butter
3 tbsp saffron
3 garlic cloves

Well, I use it to blow the charcoal. Some people use; a hairdryer, or a piece of cardboard, and I use; a heat gun.
