Wow it's been 10 years, oh the nostalgia. This brings back memories of texting my buddies on an actual keyboard in middle school.
Texting with this was amazing. I kept it for all 2 years of my contract. This was my first "smartphone"

I think I had every flagship and novelty cellphone Verizon produced from 2006-2011. Ah, the good ol' days when you could game the system and get constant upgrades. The enV3 was possibly the best non-smartphone ever made. hahaha
I've had this phone for probably 14 months now.
It was WONDERFUL until it became a year old. Then I started getting the problems everyone else talks about. It shuts off, the screen turns white, it overheats, and sometimes the touch screen stops working for a few seconds.
Overall though, this was a great phone while it lasted :)

Amazing how technology has changed 10 plus years ago. We watched this now and be like it's the struggle because a phone with a 3.2 megapixel camera and a 3 inch display was awesome then but a deal breaker now.
good times when not everything was plain touch glass.

Just got it a couple hours ago. Surprisingly really good. The call quality is fantastic.
enV touch is a great phone. I recently started having problems with it so i brought it to verizon and they updated the software. No more problems :D
Loved the tv capability and that cool little anetnna on the side that flipped out

I went to the Verizon Store today because my mom was having problems with her phone (RAZR). But anywho - I was in there playing with the enV Touch for about 30 minutes & I love it. The touch screen is very responsive. Mobile web is pretty fast. Great features. NFS game I tested out & it works great! Camera is excellent, & I tried out panorama which I've always wanted to try out, & I love it. Texting was easy, & I managed to cope with it despite the abnormal placing of the keyboard.
wow this is sick. i've had too many problems with my samsung glyde traded it in 3 times. the store told me they'd hook it up next time along with my free upgrade coming up. im DEF getting this amazing phone! thank you LG

this. just got it, its amazing. Versa may have some nice features but the qwerty keyboard is just awkward when attacthed, plus the env touch has a 3.2 mp camera and a REALLY nice web browser

I LOVE how I bought a Voyager RIGHT before Verizon came out with all of these amazing phones.
They should have a 6 month return policy in case your phone goes outdated. Or cheaper phones; Verizon (I'm sure) already has enough money.

yes. you can do on screen ABC, sidways qwerty on screen, and the actualy physical qwerty board. i got this phone last night. GET IT!! battery life is GREAT.
i've had about 1 week now..havn't had it crash or lock up once...it does kill the battery kind of fast, but i've already ordered the extended battery...seems to work fine viewing videos on youtube, email, msging are fine..i also have yet to experience much problems with the touchscreen....so far very pleased with it

I remembered my very first phone being the LG Voyager as well as my second phone being the LG EnV Touch. I think I liked the LG EnV Touch better though. Man, what's some good nostalgia.

amazing! almost everything i saw flawed in the voayger (which wasnt much at all) looks improved and so much better on the enV touch. time to save up baby. lol

I have that phonne now and I like it alot. And if you turn the touch screen sidways on when you type or text it will come to a bigger keyboard at the bottom. Nice video! 5*

is it after you close it? if it is take the battery out and make sure theres no dust and kinda move those little gold things in it up a little more because sometimes when you close it the battery goes out of place

My cousin has one, and she got it in like September 09 and her touch didn't work when I saw her in June. She said a couple of her friends had them too and theirs stopped after a while. O think it just depends on Joe much you use the touch vs.the inside.
is the touch screen pressure sensitive like the old voyager because i have the titanium and love the touch screen.
yes it has a full qwerty on the outside touch screen. watch the 3 part review by mobileburn to see it.
if has an accelerometer so when your texting for instance you can turn it on its side and get the full keyboard on the outside

does the env touch hav the txt messaging like the env3 where it lets you respond right away just by typing while you can look at the message sent to u?
i just got this phone on saturday and it cost $99.99. I also got a new plan and put insurance on it. The insurance is an extra $7 a month. It is a great phone. I love it.
i am not a motorola person. my first phone was a motorola and i didn't like it, but the service also wasn't very good.
i got my first lg phone around 4 years ago, and have never gone back. they are really user-friendly, and you can drop them bunches of times and they just work and they stick with you. sometimes lg phones can seem too dumbed down, but that's why i'm excited for this one..it looks like a challenge.
Are you able to transfer files from your compurter to the phone? i.e. powerpoint,word doc, etc.

Battery sucked after but it was so cool!
be on the line with both the people and all three of you have to press the send button or whatever it is for your phone send/green button or the one that shows the phone in the air, but i think its only with other verizon people you can do three way calling
does the env touch have a place to put a cell phone charm like the voyager did?
yeah it does. i read a review tht when on full battery, u can only talk to someone for 45 mins before having to charge...
you mentioned the arena...... when is it coming out in the States? is it for verizon?
Does it not let you watch youtube videos in line anymore? Because every time I try to watch videos it goes to a black screen to play it.
I nearly got this phone in 2010. I had the Voyager Titanium, but I had my upgrade and, after waiting for that for 20 months, I was determined to get a new phone. "Unfortunately", even with the upgrade, Verizon wanted over $100, so I opted for a Samsung Reality, which was half the price. Afterwards, I read all these reviews written online by pissed off enV Touch owners, and figured I dodged a bullet. The Samsung phone lasted me nearly 4 years.
can you somehow turn the external screen on when you take pictures?

I got the env touch recently, its rly nice, as for the battery, since ppl say it wont last long, that is kinda true, but 10 hours for me was fine.... im sure they are gonna make longer lasting battery. the interface is very friendly and easy.... there is a nice favorite contacts feature
10 hours holy shit and this was 12 years ago!!! I'm lucky if I get 2 hours out of my phones now lol!!
