Grease the thru axles, yeah. I think a bit on the seat post is ok too to stop it seizing up. Never used copper paste, but I'd recommend normal bike grease if at all possible.
Thanks! I got it directly from the Canyon website. Unfortunately it looks like they're out of stock at the moment until March-May depending on what size order.
Hi, can you tell me if the wheels arrive taped (tubeless)? Someone on the net says that the wheels come already tubeless, with Muc-Off sealant inside. Thank you
can you please do a review on the stoic 2 the one you have sinve there is a lot of deand in the internet bc not many got it before it ran out of stock and i consider buying
@@endurodoctor yeah I agree, it’s a heavy bike. It feels strong though. I might upgrade the fork in the future, I’m sure that will save a a bit of weight!
@@anastasioskondakos2090 I'm happy with it so far. The fork on my old bike was a rockshox 120mm air fork on a 26 inch wheel. This one feels heavier but it really well built. I haven't adjusted the rebound or anything yet.
Nice both bring this to California..
As much as I like the stoic 4 for the components, the color on the stoic 2 with the matching fork lowers make the bike look so cool
i want that :(
Love this bike, please more videos
Me too! Very busy at the moment but will post a long term review video soon!
Sweet🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙 recommend a dropper post for it. When u get one you’ll never look back
Thanks! Yeah I’ll definitely put a dropper post on once I’ve saved up for one. I’ll have a go at converting it to tubeless too 👍
Should i use grease in the thru axles and in the clamp or saddle post? If yes, can i use copper paste?

Nice video! where did u get the bike, i cant seem to find any in stock

Hey, just checked this and nope, no sealant. Just a regular inner tube. There is some green tape in there around the rim though.
Does it have a tapered head tube?
Yeah it does. It doesn’t look like it from the pictures and video but it’s just because it’s a really chunky head tube.
@@t0mj4y ok thanks

Yeah definitely. I'm going to get some riding footage and post a video review soon!
Is It a medium or Is it a large?
It's a large 👍
Hi. Did U weight it?
I only have bathroom scales so they’re not very accurate but I got 15.8kg. That’s including pedals, bottle cage and a little bit of mud.
@@t0mj4y pretty heavy imo. I wonder if wheels and fork upgrade will help here. I like this bike though.

@@t0mj4y thanks a lot. I need an XL in my case and going to slim it down.
that suntour has lockout ?
Yeah, it seems to work ok👍
@@t0mj4y how is the suspension over all?

Can i do some hard trail on this bicycle
Definitely🤘
What size is it?
It’s an L. I was wondering whether to get an XL or an L, but I read that Canyon frames are pretty big compared to other brands.
@@t0mj4y how height are u
