How much would Jordan average today?
The Rare Michael Jordan video I thought maybe you all must react to this. czcams.com/video/8M7yBjtx_Ic/video.html
As much as he wants
Jaleen Rose said MJ would average 45 pts a season which i agree. Dennis Rodman said he'd average 50 and Mark Jackson said MJ would average whatever he wanted to average including 50, which i also agree. anything under 40 means the bulls would have such a big lead mj would sit early. 6'6 with a 48" vertical and could run a 4.3 40. czcams.com/users/source2VnWXVw7P3Q/shorts?bp=8gU1CikSJwoLMlZuV1hWdzdQM1ESCzJWbldYVnc3UDNRGgsyVm5XWFZ3N1AzUSiHp9CKwf2062Y%253D
50 plus easily he was a straight killer
40-43…..if he had to.
Lebron not even comparable to mike. Not even close.
Bro LeBron ain't even comparable to Kobe or Duncan...
@@washburn11000 Or Hakeem.
Damn you guys are too hectic fans like this is what destroys the fun of the sport
To Mike LeBron is just another player . Mike is the greatest. LeBron is just another stat padder that's in love with himself
Jordan - 101 overall, lebron is 99. That pretty close homie lol
MJ is the ONLY player in NBA history to lead the league in Scoring, win MVP And Defensive Player Of the Year in the SAME SEASON. In today’s soft rules, MJ would have no difficulties taking his game to higher levels with no hand checking, centers wouldn’t be a threat, even at age 35-40, he could score average 50, because he would only need to take and make (3 or 4)3’s because his midrange would be even easier.
PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
exclamation point.............
@@tonyplushyt2685 Nick Wright and Shannon Sharpe are both clueless when it comes to Michael Jordan. He's the best player of all-time. I don't care about what they say towards LeBron and how he is the GOAT. What a joke .those 2 fools are. Last season the Lakers were awful and the same thing is happening today.
@@BouchIsOnTheLoose702 Agreed
@@BouchIsOnTheLoose702 They're clutch clients, bias as hell. They shouldn't even be allowed to debate that topic.
MJ is the best and greatest basketball player of all time bro hands down 🐐
Yes he is
He even has a strong for the best sportsman ever
Period
I'm 48 years old from chicago born and raised and I'm telling yall this was Michael Jordan every night when he played just imagined how he would do them in the league today because no one has hang time like him nor can they dunk like that... After all these years its funny to see that Michael Jordan is still apart of the conversation... and he's one of the few players from back in the day that the new generation of NBA fans would love to see play.. Trust me he was something to see Kobe was the closest thing to Mike
Facts every night every afternoon every Thanksgiving every Christmas too lol MJ was in beast mode playoffs mode every time 💪🏽💪🏽
Mike was Must See !... Glad I got to see it...🎬
Same here bruh. I'm 44...& saw it all from start to finish. & Mike was a once in a lifetime type of player. He is the Undisputed 🐐.
Yep. Back then, we watched every televised game on WGN, Sportsvision, national TV, whatever. We knew to plan everything around the game. Jordan was as much "Must See TV" as you could get.
I'm 53 and from Cali but I had WGN so I can verify that your comment of "every night" is a fact. And that's what we appreciated about Mike. No load management. The guy played extremely hard at both ends, even if he was tired, sick or hurt. He played all 82 games in a season the majority of his career. His mental fortitude was insane! #GOAT
He averaged 35 with handchecking.... in todays league we would talk about 45 or maybe 50. Mike was a cheat code.
Exactly. Plus the space and pacing of todays game, constant switching on defense as well as no double teaming, 45 easy
@@BEARSnBULLS15 exactly... there are soooo many more possessions and attempts today too...40 pts per game without breaking a sweat...45 is doable... think about all the players of today that are putting up 30...like the first comment said he averaged 35 with hand checking while also playing first team caliber defense at the same time... no attitude of playing only offense
Bam 💥.
50+ more like it..

American basketball fans surprised that Jordan can jump. Bro cmon 😂
His dunks were wild but so was his fadeaway jump shot. Man was unstoppable
Jordan was way better than LeBron……..I think Bird was better than LeBron also
@@Indy1831 please man cmon
@@Indy1831 nah i agree with mj better then lebron but bird nah you weird bro
@@tonyis_lit1137 the top 5-7 players are all so fkn close to each other that the fact you calling someone weirdo for an opinion immediately invalidates your opinion.
I like the 2nd run when he was using his mind, the athleticism was goin down but he was still on another planet
This is what the younger generation doesnt know about MJ. He was a killer, he wasnt just shoes and a name, bro was a KILLER on the court. No one fears Lebron... Players feared MJ. The stories from other players (The Kevin Garnett one is great), nothing comes close... Kobe is the closest I've seen to Jordan.
Jordan had the mental of a killer in serial. Mentally the black cat was a Manson maniac. Bron's cerebral is feeble. Mental is pure vaginal. And that's why he needs multitudes of All-Stars aka super-teams to win chips.
This is absolutely fact .. I’m betting your 40 plus years old
@@deangruwell6555 Not quite, but grew up in a big sports household. Basketball is my favorite sport, so I did a lot of watching of the greats.
LeBron routinely quits on his team. Rarely plays a full game. MJ played the entire game, every game. Plus, LeBron is talking a buttload of EPO and HGH and still cannot compete against MJ.
@@JBCCT01 💯
He averaged 37.1ppg in his 3rd season and he did that whilst averaging 0.8 3PA - he would easily average high 40s in todays game because you couldn't touch him whereas when he played you could hand check and big men could wait for you under the basketball and physically defend you in ways that then might get you called for a foul but today would get you ejected from the game with a suspension.
I agree with everything except the point average, he's easily getting 60 every game.
He could ave 50 if he want too in tissue games with no hand checking
If he played now it would look like a dunk contest every night.
In THIS league, he would get 59-60s every night. The only reason he wouldn’t is because he would be too tired scoring so many points every night and would take a break giving someone else on his team a chance to score.
Basically add 10-12 to MJ's scoring averages in today's league easy.
How much could he average a season now ?
As much as he decides he wants 😂
MJ would average 45 a night in today's era.
@@earthchild04yeah that's about when he gets bored and slows down wondering if anyone gonna start battling.

Just remember this, EVERY story you ever heard about Micheal Jordan...is probably UNDERembelished... Nothing can describe what it was like to watch him live...
You really can’t compare MJ to anyone. 🦄🔥🏀
Jordan would average 50 in this league now !
Exactly what I said
Nah more like 30-40
@@tonyis_lit1137 he averaged almost 40( 37 )in 87. A defensive minded league. He’d easily average 40-50 in an offense league
One time an actually Jordan scouting report during his prime was just 2 words "good luck"
I'm sure that's what Chuck Daly told his bad boys after they discussed the Jordan rules.
MJ is better than Bron and I had to laugh when y’all said that no one could shoot back in MJ’s era. Watch more games and you won’t sound like you started watching hoops yesterday. Other than that I enjoyed the reaction.
Hilarious. Steph Curry's coach was literally a 3 pt. specialist ON The Bulls. Every team has great shooters. The difference was they got shots off during the flow of the offense. They don't even run plays today. Pick and pop. Pick and roll. (But most of the time pop). Around the horn and isolation. That is the extent of play calling today. Post play? What post play? Maybe some of the great shooters besides Bird should make a video. Reggie Miller? Bernard King? Ray Allen? Glen Rice? Dennis Scott? That is just without even thinking about it.
They think today’s players shoot better because they don’t play defense in today’s game.
Man would average 45-50 in todays game with all this damn spacing he gets to take advantage of and rules gonna give him like 20 FTs a game along with the pace being at a near all time high
yeah when he said 35 i thought that was cute. he averaged 37 in a season back when they played D and were allowed to touch you up hard
@@coachmikesfilmroom3111 exactly like to say he’d average like 40 today is an understatement and it’s lowballing too like could’ve did that back then had he’d shot a few more threes every game which he would definitely do today (at least 3-4 threes)
Jordan was Unstoppable...G O.A.T 🏀
The thing about guarding Jordan is that defenders who were the same size as him or taller, would have trouble staying in front of him. So usually it was better to have smaller defenders like Dumars or Gary Payton defend him as they were just the right size to try and stay in front of him and maybe disrupt his dribble. Byron Scott had some success against Jordan too. His secret was to play nice and not make Jordan angry. No cap. That's literally what he said!
Never make Jordan pull 6th gear....
I was lucky enough to watch this guy every game. These are a fraction of his highlights. Every damn night was a show. No one compares, its not close
Cmon dudes MJ is the goat lebron aint even close
Laughing my ass off in 1998 he had 103 dunks 😂 and he was 35 years old...
What’s funny about this reaction is you all think Jordan would put up an easy 40 on Lebron but YOU CANT SAY IT cuz y’all are bronsexuals 😂😂😂
I know for a fact this video changed your whole perspective
Bron is an all time great but Jordan was an alien. No disrespect to Bron.
I'm from the Chi and watch MJ since college to Retirement. Note this, during this time many Centers and Forwards played with their backs to the basket and Jordan would blow past the guards, so the majority of folks he dunked on were mostly Forwards and Centers. Today's dunkers have a clear path with little resistance to the dunk.
Prime MJ would undoubtedly average very close to 50 in this league. He averaged 37 in a defensive league.
Jordan averaged 37/8/8 one season
...in the 80s!
...BEFORE he added 3pt to his arsenal
Yeah, he's averaging 45-50 today and still getting DPOY
His career average would be like 37 8 8 lmao
MJ averaged 37.1 at a slower pace, with around 1 3pa per game on 50% shooting, we gotta take the centres into count in 80's and 90s and no 3-sec paint rule. He would walk to 40 ppg.
Edit: he averaged 40 ppg in series, in Finals too.
Today Jordan could average 50 if he wanted to, 40 easy
The thing that amazes about MJ is yeah he has a 48” vert. But he also floated or hung in the air longer than everybody. Look at the shot over Ehlo they both jumped at the same time but Ehlo is going down and Jordan is hanging like he suspended in the air for a second or two before he comes down. So it looks like he out jumped Ehlo but he really didn’t he just stay up in the air longer!
Spud Webb and Dominique Wilkins were legit dunkers in the late 80s. And props to the old players, they jumped up to try and block. Hardly anyone today would! And plenty of folks could shoot, just not as many 3s were taken. It was more, take a 2 for the guaranteed points rather than miss a 3. Remember a lot of these guys only had the 3 point line when they got to the league!
I was 7 when I started watching the NBA! Everyone was waiting for him to turn on their televisions ... Kobe Bryant was the closest to his style of play. MJ is the king of basketball! Greetings from Poland...
You guys should check out "Michael Jordan rare footage (voyager)". This video is better than the one you'd watched.
MJ don't practice his moves.....he makes his moves based on defense.
Would love to see you guys react to Michael Jordan's trash talking stories. Just alot of greats getting upset by him on the court. Thanks for the content, keep it up.
He leans when he dunks because it looks like a superhero flying. You can see the bottom of his feet when he does certain dunks. Larry Bird said that its god disguised as michael Jordan.
Jordan never defended anyone that needed to be double-teamed. He use to tell people how much he was going to score on them.
The reel by voyager is even better. Shows more of his well rounded game.
Here’s the difference in Jordan and everyone else. ❤ he refused to lose. Never lost a final while guys tried to hurt him every game. No one close, no one. He never played on one of these super team with 3-5 of the best players in the league. 🐐
Jordan worked so hard on the offensive end the difference is he didn't rest on defense..So if you're the best offensive player the best defensive player who's better than him again??
Ikr. That's what I try to get the Bron fans to understand. Mike literally had zero weaknesses in his game...I mean zero. Aint nobody fckn with the perfect player.
The size of his hands was his most underrated gift
Prime Jordan vs anyone on the court is like a real life slasher film. We'd love to see the game, none of us wanna get beat like that.
MJ MJ all the way no one can be compare! MJ the best of the best
There’s stories MJ walked into opponents locker rooms telling them how much he was dropping
Best thing about living in Indy as a kid was being able to go to a random Pacers game that turned into Jordan's comeback game. There was a special energy in the arena that night even though it was a road game for The Bulls.
Michael Jordan played 15 seasons for the Bulls and Wizards. He averaged 30.1 points, 6.2 rebounds, 5.3 assists and 2.3 steals in 1,072 regular-season games. He was selected to play in 14 All-Star games. He won the Rookie of the Year award, 1 Defensive Player of the Year award, 5 MVP awards, 6 Finals MVP awards and 6 NBA championships in 6 appearances.
Small feet (US13) for mobility, In the top 10 hand sizes of all time, 2.1m wingspan on a 6.6ft frame, combined with a 48" vertical and passion for the game equal to no other.... You know that pick up line you say to girls like "you're so perfect that God broke the mold after he created you" (cheesy i know).... But i think this applies to Jordan as a basketball player 😁
He wasn't the only one jumping like that. Dominique Wilkins was as well.
Yes , MJ is GOAT 你們應該看更多他的比賽🥰
Micheal Jordan best defensive guard ever.
What's amazing is he shoots over 50% from mid range, this is why you see him just blow by people and pump fakes everybody. With his quickness and athleticism, it's impossible to guard him when he can shoot the mid range jumper at such a high percentage.
MJ is the GOAT!!
you all miss half the video with all the talking lol. pause it fellas and discuss. i love your excitement
you should react to Michael Jordan Defensive Highlights
Not only was he doing this crazy stuff on offense, but he was doing it on defense too.
Had a lot of great defenders in the league at the time that went up against him. Thought they could lock him up for sure and failed. John Stark, Clyde, Reggie. A lot of players feared him for real. Knew he was coming to show out and put you on posters. He literally went after you if you were a big center, especially if your name was called as being a dominant center in the league at the time. He went after Shaq a time and Shaq gave him a hard foul because he knew he didn't want to be on a poster forever.
Glad you brought that up. Jordan was checked by some of the greatest perimeter defenders all-time (Moncrief, Alvin Robertson, Rodman, Michael Cooper, Payton, Dennis Johnson, Dumars and Pippen-in practice). Check any top 10 list and these cats are definitely on it! And let's not forget. When Jordan got past them perimeter pitbulls he had to contend with some of the greatest rim protectors the Association has ever witnessed (Hakeem, David Robinson, Mourning, Mutombo, Eaton, Ewing, Parish, Tree Rollins). The lockdown perimeter defender and rim protector is as extinct as Wooly's mammoth tusks. With today's soft as Monistat ointment defenders Jordan would average 40 ppg after three quarters.
@@katrinachavez3533great comment
Check out Jordan's voyager part 1 rare video where you will see some different never before seen highlights like him smashing a backboard.
I remember watching alot of these days on a lil 15/20 inch tv
I'm from Chicago, and watched MJ 's entire Bulls Career. We would pack the stands to see what he would do next because you knew it would be something special! **Brother on the left can talk!😂
Dope reaction. It’s good to see dudes that know ball and know that when comparing players in different eras the only way is to imagine them playing in the same era.
He could average 35. Sorry, still laughing. He would average between 40-50. Look up all the NBA players talking about it. Jordan hardly even used the 3pt back then (side note: later in his career his average from the 3 skyrocketed) He'd add that to this game and imagine how often he'd go the free point line today. Seriously. Back then, it was high contact, not like today. He had it ALL. MVP defence AND offence most steals, and I think it was the most blocks, in the SAME season. Think on that. And his fitness coach actually says he was doing 50-inch verticals, but it was never made official. Only official recording was 48. He simply had it all. EXCEPT, he was a bad dude. Scary. Some might argue he was too aggressive and would make everything personal. For example. If LeBron and he were in the same league today, and LeBron said ANYTHING that MJ could take personal.... Just... I mean... LeBron is great, awesome, but as big as he is, MJ would absolutely do anything within his skill set, to destroy the man. Remember, as Shaq said, MJ was scary. The only player he was scared to play against.
Meet the G. O. A. T of all G. O. A. Ts.
@RealTalkTv Reactions
No, my young brothas, he was NOT the "only one" jumpin' like that in his era.
There was a PLETHORA of highflyers from the mid 80s thu the 90s, who'd REGULARLY posterize guys in this fashion. Y'all seriously gotta get out of this mindset that he was the "only one".
But I know why SO MANY from your generation think like his.
And it's because seeing prime MJ, somewhat bruises y'all ego. By that I mean, it almost hurts y'all pride to see someone NOT of your era doing things like this, because y'all SO BADLY want to believe that only players from your era are capable of this level of insane, freakish, athletic prowess.
It's hard for y'all to acknowledge that MANY of these past players that y'all automatically assume weren't all that good/athletic, just might have been better and more athletic than y'all want to give them credit for.
I saw MJ's prime years (mid 80s). And yes, he REALLY was scary; he really was just that great, albeit if we're talkin' skill level or athleticism....
Nobody in the history of sports has a better highlight wheel than MJ
He Dominated an era of nba LEGENDS. DUDE WAS THE TRUTH
Jordan is and will always be the Goat. He would average at least 45 to 50 points per game if he would played in the NBA now. The most important, feared and respected player of all time.
Kobe wasn’t dunking on cats like MJ…not even close
What people often overlook is how good MJ was at getting free and in a position to take great shots. His movement without the ball was so good, even though he didn't need to run around like crazy. His screen usage was also incredible, often losing his man on a single move utilizing a post screen.
Great reaction, right up until 18:51. 🤣
How can u watch this video and think lebron is better 😂 homeboy talkin out his ass
Absolutely. "LeBron is the best ever, obviously". Jesus, how can he be so blind?...
It was fear of MJ could he would drag you up and down that court like a kid in front of millions of people…EVERY NIGHT.
In a class of his own, MJ all the way,
Glad to see young guys take into account how the paint was always packed as opposed to today's spaced out game. He would have a field day getting to the basket. And also no hand checking today. His avg would have to be higher.
Yeah, i was watching some of today's highlight and like, the paint can be a dog park with how open it looked.
The thing that separated MJ was that he had no weakness. You had to honor every fake, every pump, every misdirect ... because he was able to score at will from anywhere, anytime.
Many players you can (somewhat) anticipate, or at least narrow down the probability of what they're going to do next, so you can anticipate it. For example: some players may not be very good at finishing with the left hand. Some players might struggle driving around screens from a certain direction. Others might be limited in their post abilities.
Jordan had no weakness.
You had no idea what he would do next,
so you had to honor every fake because he just might embarrass you if you don't respect how dangerous he was from anywhere.
I know this was a highlight reel, but Michael played like this for entire games. He never let down. He was total energy and strength. I am 74 years old. I’ve seen a lot of basketball in my lifetime. No one comes close to Michael. Kobe played a lot like Mike, but he still wasn’t quite as good. If you can find it, watch the clip where Carl Malone and Dennis Rodman get after each other. The physicality and defense was much better than today’s NBA, too. He would be my #2, after Michael.
MJ's 1987-1988 NBA Season Awards: MVP, All-Star, All-NBA First Team, All-NBA Defensive First Team, Steals Leader, Defensive Player of the Year, Slam Dunk Contest Champion, Scoring Champion, All-Star Game MVP. Lebron has never had a season like this.
Imagine you put prime MJ on the Warriors today they would be unstoppable no if ands or buts
No whining, no crying or complaining, no wanting to be traded to a Superteam, a pleasure to watch, and yes, the greatest basketball player of all time and there will never be another player on the same level as M.J
mjs skill set is still comparable till todays nba.. thats how advance he is.. he is the blueprint of NBA players until today
They didn't notice the edit he passed to himself 😭
He was dominating whole games.
Bro I love this reaction video, tbh this is the best one I've seen of Jordan..
“Hey woulda averaged 35” the dude averaged 37 one season cmon now
In the 90s we watched Basketball on TV all together in Germany. When MJ was gone we just stoped watching Basketball in Germany. Thats it.
Jordan averaged 37 one season others he averaged 35 so now days he’ll averaged 45
he would be doing more now then back then the front court is smaller today and its not as rough
His movement looks even better and more poetic in slow motion....you realize in normal speed you dont really appreciate how amazing he moves.
Mj rookie year was better that 99-100 % of the league in there prime. Yall still believe LBJ better than him yall need to see a psych. Mj better than Lebron off the strength of his defense. Mj was a better versatile scorer hand down better shot creator the list goes on. Oh 9 or ten scoring titles. MJ da 🐐.
There are so many more highlights. There is no one video that can cover all of them. When Jordan played, you weren't watching a game, you were watching an event.
Jordan would eat today's players alive, LeBron included.
MJ told Greg Minor "I should make you take my shoes off!" LOL and he told Lebron that he's the greatest because your kids are wearing MY shoes.
The mf GOAT
Are you crazy that first dunk was from the free throw line
My favorite aspect of 90's NBA, was their defensive playing. Those boys played hard. Jordan wasn't just a beast on the glass, he was dangerous on the other end, stealing balls like a supervillain.
Look at how much contact there is on every play and he's finishing. Three dudes had their hands on him and he still dunked. Shaq had the best quote when he knocked Jordan out of the air the first time onto the floor, he went to help Jordan up, Jordan refused and told Shaq “ you never help them back up”.
Go watch “Jordan vs Lebron: the best GOAT comparison” and cry for a week.
MJ the GOAT by a mile, you can all discuss second place but whoever is second is nowhere close
I've never seen someone talk so much on a reaction vidéo
I think I've never seen someone talk that much at tall the guy on the left ruined the best basketball video ever made..

He was not the only guy jumping like that he just could see the court different
I had the pleasure of watching MJ’s entire career from his sophomore year in college to the Washington Wizards… it was such a blessing and a great time to be alive…you guys
Made this fun to watch with your reactions, I loved it.
Dude in the addisas shirt talks extremely to much. Watch the video and enjoy it. You don't have to continuously talk. You'll lose people. And MJ would average atleast 40 a season. His highest scoring season was 37. So in today's league 40 easy.
Ikr. I'm like dude....relax & take the Greatness in.
They amazed never seen nothing like this then say lebron better, better at what passing? Other then that he ain’t better, mj plays better defense more of a hustler on defense, better midrange, and better in the clutch
Just cause Bron averages more assists doesn't mean he's better at passing. Bron ain't cooking perimeter defenders and getting into interior of defense, setting up bigs with layups and dunks like Jordan. Bron backs his smaller defender down, waits for double and kicks out to perimeter shooters. The only thing Bron does better than Mike is flop and devise super-teams.
Jordan's best year he averaged 43 in the playoffs
I ran into Coach Tom Nisalki who passed a few years ago. Former NBA coach of the year in the 70's. I asked him at the gym what he thought Jordan would average. He said 45. Keep in mind this was Daren Williams last year in Utah. So 3pt Steph hadn't even started spreading the floor yet. He said just with hand checking. So today he may say 50. Lol
You guys dont understand. These arent highlights, this is routine gameplay from Black Jesus.
MJ suffering from food poisoning is better than prime lebron on his best day.. fact
This generation is so goofy..lol..atleast ya'll are having fun..but please, stop using the word Ni@@a so loosely..I cringe when yall refer to MJ as "that ni@@a"...yall have alot to learn..but I do like the video
