Jordan can do what every player can do but no player can do all the things Jordan could do, complete package.
That statement is on point. Well said
And that is why he is truly the goat. No questions
You ain't never lied bro.
ABSOLUTELY!
Literally false 😂😂 MJ was way more athletic then his time! Put any moderns star on the court with them dudes they’d be worshipped to
Michael Jordan is #1 All time.
In other news, grass is green
AMEN.

No 🧢 capping here.. MJ was the greatest and I have seen em all.

This is why those of us who were alive to see it still understand MJ is the GOAT. He literally had no flaws in his game.

@@seanwilliams6627😂😂😂 your clueless😅
The thing that alot of the younger generation doesn't seem to realize, is that this was MJ every 👏 single 👏 night 👏. No plays off. No load management. No resting on defense. No backing down. He WAS thee Apex predator of the league! Players feared him. He had unrivaled determination & killer instinct. Motivated to play every game. Ten scoring titles (NBA record) in an era where physicality was at its highest, 6 Championships, 5 MVPs, 6 Finals MVPs, a Defensive Player of the Year award which was usually given to the big men of that time and countless other benchmark stats that have yet to be broken. A NCAA National Championship and two Olympic Gold Medals. Still the only player in NBA history to win the scoring title, MVP, a Championship, Finals MVP and be named to the All-Defensive 1st team in the same season. He did that 4 times! Nearly every obscure stat has Jordan's name in it. And all of this was done in the Golden Era in effectively 14 seasons. Twelve seasons if we only look at his Bulls years. Eleven if we take out the majority of his second season that he lost due to a foot injury, which was the season he came back at the end and dropped 63pts in the Boston Garden in the Playoffs. That is an insane accumulation of accomplishments and stats in such a relatively average length career. Just imagine the accomplishments and stats he could have accumulated had he played 17, 18, 19 or 20 seasons. Just imagine where he would be sitting on the "all-time" lists. How many more titles and points he would have amassed. Imagine if he doesn't retire for two years in his prime or Jerry Krause/Reinsdorf don't kick Phil to the curb, making MJ's decision to retire again that much easier. That Bulls team had the ability to win 8 straight, maybe more. Just imagine how much higher the benchmarks would have been pushed. It's insane to think about. He could have have played 18-20 seasons if the path stayed linear on his career. Also, take this into consideration. LeBron has passed Kareem in season 20. Great accomplishment by any standard of greatness. But that is a longevity stat. You know this, we know this. Kobe, Karl, LeBron and Kareem all sit above Jordan on that scoring list and they all played ruffly 20 seasons or more. All great accomplishments. Now think of this, at 14 seasons respectively, Jordan was way ahead of all 4 of them in points. Jordan was nearly 5000 points ahead of LeBron at that point in their careers - not to mention he was ahead of LeBron in every statistical category other than assists at that point as well. So if you do the math while keeping things in perspective with common sense sprinkled in, Jordan potentially surpasses Kareem in his 17th season given the averages. Years ahead of LeBron. I mean, simply give Jordan back his second season due to injury and the two seasons he retired in his prime, right there is nearly Kareem passing territory. He also most likely catches and surpasses Stockton for steals leader as well. So when you look at it that way, it becomes quite clear that Jordan's career and potential was on a whole other level. Not knocking LeBron or anyone else. Greats are great, no matter the way we look at it. But one guy simply towered over the rest. Perspective tells us that. Luckily I got to see his career unfold. It was a remarkable time to watch basketball. And that isn't just nostalgia talking either. It is just the way it was. Game in and game out.
"You are simply the standard by which basketball excellence is measured." - David Stern
Great reaction though! I appreciate individuals that respect greatness as a whole.
mj is by far the most spectaculare player to ever play the game. his skill level is unmached
ABSOLUTELY RIGHT!!👌👌👌
The thing about Michael Jordan is that he had highlights like this almost every single game. Like if you watch full games of him from back then he really was like this damn near every night. He had an inhuman amount of energy.
Here’s why czcams.com/video/Xb9RFHhIb0o/video.html
People talk about Lebron's "durability"...but he missed games all the damn time.
Michael Jordan played in EVERY SINGLE GAME OF THE 82 GAME SEASON 9 TIMES.
Lebron didn't play in all 82 games until the 2017-2018 season...his 15th year in the league.
Exactly. This highlight reel, awesome as it is, is just the tip of the iceberg.
Damn near every play
@@MrVvulfnot a lebron fan but he’s more durable than any player ever. He misses now cause he’s old but prime no one comes close. How many times did lebron roll his ankle in the 2 or 3 quarter and come in the 4th and score 15.
These highlights are a fraction of what we witnessed here in Chicago! Thxs MJ for the memories & championships!❤️🎉
Yes yes yes I love what you said
If we get that right, you are telling us that in Chicago, things were at another level. You meant, high level! Right? If that what's you meant, we get you then.
Well said. My dad got season tickets Jordan’s rookie season and I got to see it all 😊
I literally hated MJ but damn that man could ball like no one i have ever seen
nobody so far has given the same impact as MJ did... it's been decades since he retired and he's still admired by the world
Anyone with a brain knows Jordan is by far the greatest
I’m 47. MJ wasn’t just the best basketball player of all time. He was the best I’ve ever seen anyone do anything in my life. There’s a reason he was voted the #1 athlete of all time. There’s so much more to MJ than highlights and 6 rings.
FACTS!
Ha. We're the same age and I think the same thing. I think when Obama gave him the presidential medal and said that there's a reason why we call people who reach the peak the "Michael Jordan of...." is the only thing you need to understand how amazing he was. But when we were young -- think he made everyone our age want to do what he did in some way.
And yeah... if anything I think the highlights kinda sell him short. For most of the highlights in this videos, there could be a while compilation of him doing that thing really well. And it barely scratches the surface on his defense, and really doesn't come close to capturing how hard he played and fought. The highlights make it look easy, but those of us who watched know what a difficult and physical uphill climb it was for him (not because the game was hard for him to play, but because they would do everything to try to stop him and hold him down to only 30 ppg or less, or physically knock him out of games or seasons).
The only other player that would be in that debate would be Gretzky. The things that he’s done in hockey are as mind blowing as what Jordan did in hoops.
@@Ray1969. I mean I think it depends on what you're a fan of, right? But yeah of course I'm from the US and am old AF so of course I know who Wayne Gretsky is.. but I also knew what Hockey was when he was alive. I think there are stars who are remembered as greats in the sport by those who know the sport already (like Pele)...
And then there are people like Bruce Lee and MJ whose fame transcends the sport by far, And talk about them decades after their peak.
If you go to most continents in places that have media and ask "who is Michael Jordan?" or "Who is Bruce Lee?" Plenty of people will know. But even under 25 in the US if I ask "Who is Wayne Gretsky?" I'd be curious how many would even know, and I doubt people in China or countries in Africa or Pacific areas would know.
And I'm not saying that everyone in the world knows who people like MJ and Bruce Lee are -- but with Wayne as well known as he is in Hockey, I think it's about when people's fame transcends the sport they're in. It's easier to do now -- to transcend into a brand. Before social media it was harder to do, so when people did it prior to like 2005 or so, it was far more iconic when they hit that level of fame. I think WG definitely hit the fame of the sport like a lot of greats did, but I don't think he became a worldwide brand -- but I also don't think he was trying to do it.
Air Jordan was excellence personified. He never failed to show up to end all questions for who's the best simultaneously or all time past present or future.
So thankful to have watched this man through the 80s and 90s. There are no highlight reels, no mixed tapes, no top 50 plays that will ever do true justice to the magnificence of his game. The more you watch the more it’s evident that no one holds a candle to him.
MJ the goat. I grew up on Jordan.
It was never no off games. It looked like that mixtape every time he played every game win or lose
It’s hard to explain to these new kids. We know what we saw and unlike them we have seen it all in basketball. It’s like we saw an alien and they believe us 😂 What’s funny is that when look him watching these highlights you can tell he knows he’s watching the best player ever 😂
@@baazbana Exactly. Anyone who watches that mixtape instantly knows they can't do that shit and knows they can't stop that shit😂
As a 90's Lakers kid, nobody will ever be better than Jordan. It was something else to see on live TV.
Yep. Being in Los Angeles I did not like him as he wore out the Lakers but we all knew he was him!
Mike didn't play 20 years but remember Mike played all 82 games 9 times with the bulls and at least 80 twice. Dude was a beast. It was amazing seeing alot of these highlights live. Not to mention some of em were in playoff games and finals when the stakes were super high and very tense. So you can only imagine how that felt in real time.
Every body keeps forgetting that Michael played in college when all players had to go to college
He played all 82 games as a Wizard almost 40 years old!!!
@@punkem733 exactly. With a broken rib and tendonitis 💪🏾💯
@@buddyjohnston95063 years in college and 15 years total in the NBA. If college wasn't mandatory back then, he would've had 18 years as a pro.
Plus the baseball years off as well. Taking the beatings from the Pistons, etc, totally different game, he's lucky to have survived 10 years
I’m a Boston Celtics fan. In 1986 during the playoffs, Jordan scored 63. We won the Championship that year but I remember thinking this man is going to be a problem. Years later we are watching the receipts of what I said💯
That hand-switch shot that got you out your seat became iconic bc it was his 13th field goal in a row in his first finals
Jordan is the only player I’ve seen in real time that looked like he took an extra step up in the air while in the air…..🐐
Every game was like this. MJ was was different. No one ever did it like Mike. Or has since. The eye don’t lie. No one had the skills he had. Past or present. Great reaction
For my husbands 40th birthday, I got him 3rd row seats to see the Bulls 1995 opener. It was amazing seeing MJ perform. MJ and Scottie were magic together!
I swear I've seen this mixtape at least 20 times and still tear up every time at the end because it reminds me how lucky I was to watch him every game and how much better(competitive with respect for each other) the game was then. It sucks getting older (40 now) and having to tell young people that there really was someone better then anyone they have ever seen. Watching basketball during MJ's reign was something a lot of people don't get to be a part of and it was something I don't think anything else will ever top for me.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion so I'll respect yours. Magic is my favorite player all-time and was my GOAT until I saw what MJ did to one of the greatest teams all-time (86 Celtics). And I didn't need to hear Bird say "that was God disguised as Jordan" to come to my conclusion.
I'm old enough to have witnessed prime Mike in person. I saw him three different times vs Clips at old LA Sports Arena. And what my 20/20 vision saw was something it hadn't seen before or after him. There were plenty of amazing aerial acrobats that were not in this mixtape. I've also seen prime Bron in person and it's no hyperbole when I say it's not even close. MJ had the much faster twitching muscles which granted him the superior raw athleticism, reflexes, hand-eye coordination, bounce, hang-time, mid-air body control, quickness (off dribble or jab-step), agility, flair, etc. MJ could also leap off one or two feet while Bron leaps off one. MJ had much better footwork due to much better fundamentals. And Jordan's maniacal mental was of killers in serial. While Bron's mental is Monistat vaginal. And that's why he's always needed a multitude of All-Stars. Mike only need one prime All-Star. An All-Star that he helped mold to become Wonder Boy to his Batman.
Glad you mentioned his relentless energy. That's one thing that was legendary and is not talked about much. The guy would golf, drink and smoke before games. Then he'd expend so much energy at both ends and he'd still have the endurance to take over late in 4th quarters. Let's not forget - he hardly slept. While Bron spends millions in nutrition and sleeps in Michael Jackson's hyperbaric chamber and he doesn't have the stamina to take over late in games.
If there was at least one player today doing only half of the things Mike did, I would renew my NBA League Pass ASAP.
I feel like I just read a whole article on Mike and you know what? I fkn loved it. You hit on every aspect of the differences between him and Mr flopper. I thought I was reading an ESPN article written by Steven A. Himself. Good ish bro. Damn good.
@@swanson7078Same here. It was Fantastic.
Great post.
Reggie said in "The Last Dance" that MJ is like a vampire^^
czcams.com/video/bFOmaHn5pTA/video.html
This is a worthy and accurate response
MJ was widely considered the goat b4 he scored 18k points. In hindsight u can say why didnt he play 20 years. The fact is he didnt have anybody to chase after the 1st 3peat. He still came back and did another 3. Much respect for enjoying greatness and not turning it into a pi$$ing contest.
Magic called him the best player before he played one NBA game.
Bobby Night called Mj the best basketball player, the most complete Basketball player he ever coached or saw. Even before Mj played a single game in the NBA and he was torching bird, magic in the summer league
He didn’t continue to milk the Bulls for money, he took care of that on his own. What other player anywhere has told a team it’s ok to pay me less?
All on one team.
You could make a good argument that the Bulls would have won the 2 championships that the Rockets got. Dare I say he probably could have won at least 2 more instead of retiring a 2nd time. That would have been 10 straight. It most definitely could have happened.
Even the most faithful Lebron fans are mesmerized by Jordan’s highlights 😂
The man was a MACHINE! I witnessed it and just watching this video its still almost unbelievable! GOAT!!
And this my Young Brutha, is why! Jordan heads are like, "Why are you comparing LeBron to Jordan?!" Jordan was "RELENTLESS" in his style of playing the game! Jordan didn't stop until the clock read 0.00 at the end of the game. Win or Lose? Jordan never quit, didn't pout on the bench! He hated to lose, and even if he was losing? He wasn't going down without a fight! Jordan was an Assassin! A Cerebral Assassin! And was out to destroy the opposition! Juuust sayin....🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
I have not seen this debate explained better... We here in Chicago truly got spoiled. I kinda feel bad for post-Jordan sports fans because you really had to have experienced how dominant Jordan was in his era. He made sure of that once he won a title NO other "Super Star" ate. How he and the Bulls went about it was amazing to witness. (*During FULL 82 game seasons, I gotta say). #Salute @TheReddg71
@Nexx2None Entertainment I'm from the DMV, DC, MD, and VA. And just watching Jordan and the Bulls play on TV was an event in itself! I can only imagine what it must have been like? To actually watch him play! I was in the Army from 94-2004, so I didn't get to see him play with the Wizards either. Of course, by that point. He wasn't Prime Jordan. He could still play, but nothing will ever top Prime Jordan.
This is why I've always said MJ was a better leader than Lebron. Jordan set the intensity levels on both ends. When you see your leader giving everything on every play you follow suit. Lebron doesn't have that same intensity at all times, especially on defense (even in his prime)
Jordan is by far the greatest basketball player to ever grace the NBA hardwood. If you missed, you truly missed something special. I mean the championships are a great icing obviously, but that's a team effort, the same can be said of the fact that from October 1990 to June 1998 the Jordan led Bulls won 6 titles with 2 3-peats, and NEVER lost more than 2 consecutive games in that entire time while Jordan was leading them, but again that's team domination behind an incredible and relentless leader. However, when you can say the man took a joke of a team to THE premier show to see with sell out crowds at every single game, the man won 10 scoring titles and has the highest ppg in NBA history while maintaining efficiency, and to go along with those 10 scoring titles, he also has a DPOY award, 3 steals titles, and was selected to 9 All-Defensive FIRST teams, that's all THE MAN, not the team. Michael Jordan is also one of only 3 players in history to record 200+ steals and 100+ blocks in a single season (the other two being Pippen and Olajuwon) and Jordan is the ONLY player to EVER do it twice. Jordan also played in a far more physical league than we see today, which can attribute to players today playing longer and racking up career total stats, but even with the physicality and his relentless nature, Jordan also played all 82 games 9 times in his career, the last time being at age 40, and he played at least 78 games 12 times. That's reliability and another reason you don't see players like Jordan with 20 year careers, he poured every ounce of energy into every play, every night, on both ends of the floor. MJ#23 = The 🐐! NO question or worthy debate.
❤
Great post man
Yes indeed. I was fortunate enough to see him LIVE after his comeback in 1996
You should never take you eyes off Jordan, you might see something special never to be duplicated. "That Black 🐈⬛️" was cat quick!
MJ made everyone look like high schoolers, totally in a league by himself. I grew up watching him, me and everyone I knew was watching sports center just to see what what MJ did. Dude was an artist painting masterpieces on the hardwood.
He impacted all his fans ,people started dressing better, playing better, talking better,he was someone everyone took something from,,he was on tv every ten seconds,he was with us
YOUNG BROTHER, this is what we talk about when we say MJ is the best, period. I am from Chicago, and I got to see him play. The highlights do not even compare to the actual stadium atmosphere!
Yooo! I'm from Milwaukee and I feel the same way. The highlights are just blips in comparison. Just to watch the little things he did was on another level.
Jordan cost me a lot of money. You wanted him to lose but he wasn’t having it. You got to respect a player like that.
@@derricktyler9635 You're not alone my friend. 😂😂😂
Respect for LeBron and Curry and KD. Kawhi and Kyrie. All the stars of this era. They're doing what they can to make the game watchable, but if you watched MJ through the 80's and 90's, there is no contest for the most exciting player. The man had no weaknesses.
Honestly I feel like most Jordan fans feel sorry for Lebron fans because we saw something that was amazing and they saw something that was almost amazing
And also played when the defense was very physical!
If you weren't born and raised in the MJ era you wouldn't know the appreciation he gifted us fans the most exciting highlights and how he revolutionize BBALL AS WHILE HIMSELF . He is why we call MJ THE REAL , THE GOAT !
I love how he moves his legs as he is flying, like walking on AIR, ITS CRAZY
The crazy part is they weren't letting him "boom it"! They actually played defense back then. MJ was just a savage! He learned to play a lot more physically after dealing with the Bad Boys style of play.
Thats fuggin true 👍

One person shouldn't have that much steelo. He was mesmerizing to witness.
He had more power in his game than most people realize. He was so graceful that it’s easy to overlook how strong he was
Not a lot of power? Bro, you should listen to people who played against MJ, they will tell you how strong he was pushing back in the post or on defense.

Jordan was at another level and played balls out every day no matter what and his competitiveness was unreal, I was in my early teens when he hit the league and was blown away. It was like watching a superhero play basketball, he made everyone around him look slow and he could hit shots from anywhere on the court. Ridiculous talent
MJ is not only the GOAT but he's the LEGEND !
Favorite mj quote, “ when I played , I wanted to play against the best ,..not with the best” that’s something lbj can’t say
He rarely got tired. He played 48 minutes REGULARLY. He was a freak.
One of the things about Jordan and this is a testament to his greatness is that even if you HATED the Bulls, You LOVED watching MJ. You could be the most die hard Pistons or Nick's or whatever fan and you're still in awe of and appreciate MJ.
Bruh… so many great names, past and present that I can name… BUT NONE had the TOTAL package as #23 of the Legendary Chicago Bulls! The G.O.A.T. Michael Jordan!!
Michael Jordan Voyager is even better than this.
Players nowadays specialize in a few aspects of basketball, MJ on the otherhand...
You said some big names, giannis, westbrook, kyrie, lebron - energy, play style, handling, strength, layups, dunks, steals, blocks, defense, quickness, hangtime, court vision, fluidity, footwork, vertical - MJ had them all, and he was a beauty to watch.
It's not that we are hung up on the nostalgia, we just know that we have seen someone above the current standards of greatness. Hard to believe, but now you had a glimpse, because he was always ON, and he was even brighter whenever he takes something personal.
I think that’s why he always tried to make everything personal. If you beat him then all day all night he is in the gym putting in work and only thinking about getting it back then the next time you play he embarrasses you. He really was the pinnacle that’s forsure
I have seen both Jordan and Lebron play live. I was not overtly a Jordan fan back then I was a huge sonics fan and the loss to the bulls was painful I thought Gary Payton did one of the best defensive jobs on Jordan ever and it still wasn’t enough. The era of basketball back then was a lot different than now. When Michael played even if he was playing against your team you would find yourself watching him mouth open in shock wondering what you just saw there was something otherworldly about it and even if he was beating your team you still knew you were seeing something special. I have never once had that feeling watching Lebron. The current era is so much less physical than it was then. 80% of Michael’s scores in this video would get an and 1 in today’s NBA and maybe even and intentional foul called and Jordan did that with out all of the theatrical flopping of todays game. This mix tape Jordan isn’t just beating defenders he’s beating hall of fame legends the best teams with the best players in the most competitive and physical era of basketball ever. No disrespect to anyone who likes Lebron he is certainly an amazing future hall of famer but I don’t think he is even in the same conversation with Michael Jordan.
I agree with 💯. One of the best testimonies I have read regarding this subject. We all know what we saw and we have seen it all since MJ retired.
Brilliant. Your paragraph has MJ hang time - and finishes with a vicious MJ dunk - with the electric guitars playing. ;-)
I couldn’t agree more, the feeling of growing up in Chicago during 90’s was beyond words. I’ve never felt going like it since.
Its not even close
I couldn't agree more 💯
Jordan was different from everyone. It was so fun watching him play. I grew up at the right time. Jordan and the Bulls on WGN a few nights a week. I never missed a game.
The best of all time Michael Jordan
This is by far the greatest mixtape you'll ever seen your life 48 inch vertical,4:38 fourty huge hands, god level footwork, alpha mentality, clutch gene, Stamina of a cheetah, Ultra competitiveness. All day long. They wouldn't be able to do anything with him now as they couldn't then. With today's spacing and the fact that you couldn't touch him? He's shooting 20 free throws a game. Whoever is attempting to guard him, bless his heart, is fouling out by the 3rd quarter!
Strongly disagree. There's a better MJ mixtape than this

Almost. Cheetahs have notoriously terrible stamina, but I agree with your overall point 100%😂
The best thing is he was like this every night. I miss those days.
Me too
The crazy thing, is that you could make 10 more videos with all different clips..He was Jordan every night and that's why he's the Goat
I know it is highlights but picture this energy, speed and endurance for a full game 82 times a year plus playoffs and you get the GREAT MJ
Wasting him play live was unreal. No one. Played the game like he did. Basketball hasn't even been thesame since he left.
I saw magic and bird in their prime, MJ in his prime, Hakeem in his prime, Shaq and Kobe in their prime, KD, steph, and LBJ in his. MJ not just the greatest basketball player ever…He’s the greatest player ever in any team sport. His pride did not allow him to take a single play off…ever. He played in all 82 games NINE TIMES. Played injured, played sick. And he was just as serious in practice. He never stepped on any court with good intentions. Greatest competitor ever…And also the most skilled. And also…He could actually fly.
It's almost like he didn't know who MJ really was, Crazy!
Being born an early 80's kid I'm glad I grew up watching him live, he was amazing!
This man never get tired! 😂 Great reaction man!
In the 90s almost everyone on the planet knew who MJ was. It was star no. 1 in all fields, not just basketball or sports. He was the best NBA player almost every year in Chicago, but also the best athlete in the world in all sports and the most dominant. Undisputed.
After he shaved his head, this became a fashion in the NBA, then in other sports, such as soccer :)
Also they was callin mj the goat In the 80s before his championship
His coach for the 1984 Olympics, Boby Knight said before the NBA draft: >
what i appreciate about MJ is that he didnt chase rings or fame. He just wanted to win. Walked away when he wanted to.
Walked away and came back and still dropped folks off. Bro was a different animal.
Everybody who was there and saw Michael play, know he's the GOAT!!!
😮MJ’s first step explosion, creativity around the rim, slipperyness in close proximity to defenders, aggressiveness to rim from outside the 3 point line, relentless energy to win at all costs and defensive prowess in one package… oh and the mix tape doesn’t show his ability to make his teammates better. I think I just defined what GOAT is!
Ive watched this mixtape probably 50 times and every single time im like wow😅
He played all 82 games too...
I'm 49 years old from Indiana, I was a Bulls fan #1, Pacers fan #2, I had the opportunity to witness watching him play in person in Indianapolis in 1992. Mj was magical to watch.🏀🙂
I grew up watching all of these games. Jordan was on another planet with his skills. He is the GOAT!
Highlight? Every game that he was playing was a highlight. He is the GOAT!
This man could access so much vertical off no steps. And no one can shoot on the way down like him. Also greatest mid range shooter in history, 1A finisher at the rim with lebron in terms of effectiveness. Prime Russell Westbrook hop off the screen energy on both sides of the floor...just god given energy. And lets not forget his 24 straight games as a point guard in 88.....30.4 pts, 10.7 assists, 9.2 rebounds, 2.4 steals, on 50% shooting.
Awesome seeing a great reaction to an all-time talent. Living in the present doesn’t mean we shouldn’t appreciate or forget the past
Great reaction man. I'm glad they put this mixtape together. That's how everyone felt every single time Jordan stepped on to the floor. He was relentless, his movements were so different and his creativity in the air is still unmatched to this day. He was the ultimate competitor and by the time he completed his first 3-peat, he was pretty much universally considered the GOAT. When he completed the 2nd 3-peat, he became a mythical being in the eyes of sports fans.
Jordan was able to retire twice, but still accomplished so much in so little time. We all felt he could do whatever he wanted, because there was nothing left to prove. He came back to the Wizards with no intention to win a chip, he just wanted to play and help his business.
21:10 yo my exact thoughts!!!!! He was flying.,Walking, gliding, damn near standing still in the air. Work of art for sure!!
He was Air Jordan for a reason, people wear the snickers but they don't understand the meaning.
What’s more impressive about Jordan is that he played when they actually played defense in the NBA and still did all that!
Thank you bro for the respect. Jordan was unbelievable.
You've only seen a small glimpse of what Michael has done. Some moves brought you to tears, others pure shocking. I've been watching b-ball for 60 years. Sorry to say know one has seen this kind of talent. To the extent when he retired from the game, millions of ball players retired from the game too. He was and will be a once-in-a-lifetime player. Thank you for the Love of the game Mike. Our dreams of the game will always be what dreams were made of. We were eye witnesses of the GOAT, his name is Mike Jordan.
NBA 75 all star game solidified Mikes status as the GOAT!
Love your post. But you had to ended with Michael Jeffrey Jordan… You got to say his whole name.
Will do, thanks
Can you imagine experiencing MJ’s era growing up? Now you know why it’s a huge disrespect to compare anyone to MJ especially Lebron. MJ didn’t have any weaknesses at all. He was the greatest to ever play period
Thank you these kids can't fathom this reality
My youth was MJ's NBA. Not an exaggeration, it was his league, even in the presence of legends like Magic, Bird, and Ewing. They were all HOF in their own right, but they didn't hold a match, let alone a candle, to Jordan. He was the league, and everyone else was a side character. They were the Han Solo to Jordan's Luke Skywalker. Ain't nobody ever owned the league like Jordan did. Hell, he used to suit up at practice for the Bobcats/Hornets when he was the co-owner years after his prime and still schooled youngins. Jordan in his 40's, years after he was out of the game, still could've thrown on a jersey and balled out.
LeBron was a generational talent, but Jordan was an all-time talent. Prime Jordan would've clowned prime Bron just like he did every other HOF player he came up against
the Jordan era wasn't a place in time.
it was an experience.
I know you said these were highlights but I seen it firsthand and every single game was just like this. He left everything on the court every single game. It was something to see.
Eye test alone tells you who’s the 🐐. Forget numbers which MJ still outperforms everyone in those. Yes including you know who…
20 years can't be your measuring stick for greatness, Kareem played for 20 years before Michael but yet MJ was still considered the GOAT. The closest we have ever had to MJ was the late great Kobe Bryant (RIP). Lebron is a great talent no doubt but MJ is the measuring stick by which we judge Greatness!
9:47 The dunk after the missed free throw, I was on a school trip from the UK and we had court side tickets as guests of The University of Chicago. Will never ever forget it.
I am a Jordan guy. To see all those plays live in the 90's was a blessing. Props to LeBron for hit talent but Jordan was different bro. He did what he wanted when he wanted period. He would tell his defenders what he was going to do and they still couldn't stop him. I feel privileged to have seen him play. Never saw it live but damn. It was the same as watching Tyson or Pedro Martinez in their prime. Pure perfection
I'm comfortable saying that the only other players I've ever seen that can rival MJ's footwork are Kobe and Hakeem. Except MJ had the giant hands to do pump fakes that would humiliate people!
Also, people drool about LeBron's dunks, but the vast majority of his notable posters are against people significantly shorter than him like Terry or John Lucas. MJ had posters against every dominant and/or defensive minded center of his era. Hakeem, Robinson, Olajuwon, Ewing, Laimbeer, Mourning and Shaq!
Great reaction, you just earned yourself a sub. My opinion is that discussion has to be for second place, the distance between this alien and everybody else is just too big
Every time I watch this mix I get chills 😊
By far your the most realistic reaction dude
Mike was built like that 🐐.. MICHAEL JEFFREY GOAT JORDAN IS THE GREATEST EVER TO LACE EM UP. He was like poetry in motion he didn't just jump and dunk MJ COULD FLY he wud ELEVATE BEAUTIFULLY ...HE PLAYED AMAZING DEFENSE AS WELL
If you didn’t see it at the time I can fully understand why the youngsters today can’t believe this player existed. But he did. Lebron a great but he’s second because of the level of performance Jordan achieved. Defensive player of the year and scoring champ in same season. Come on. Only man to do it.
If these youngsters would have witnessed MJ they'd be just like us older heads and find it laughable that they try to compare a mere mortal to him.
Dont forget. During that time hand checking was allowed plus alot of players would straight up hit each other. There were a couple highlights in there that showed the other team straight up grab him around the stomache/waist and he still would get the bucket. GOAT
I saw MJ in his prime and he was no joke!!!
G.O.A.T.!!!
Always glad to see someone experience the pure greatness in this video and of MJ. Witnessing him do his thing as it happened was a legendary period in the lives for those of us that lived it. As you said, words can't describe.
Much love to you, the reaction and for taking the time to share. As a content creator myself, I respect the grind fully 💯
Keep up the great work my G✊🏿🔥
Glad you enjoyed it my boy!
MJ was and still is just on another level
MJ vs Bron? The difference between MJ fans and Bron fans is simple, MJ fans got to watch both at their prime. Some people just didn't bother to watch MJ. And the best things about MJ are not these highlights, these are just icing on the cake. It's the consistently unstoppable midrange jumper, the clutch, and his impossible combination of finesse, endurance, speed and strength.
I watched him live on TV for years. He was so dynamic. He made so many of these shots IN TRAFFIC!
He did these things every night and really turned it on in the playoffs it it were possible
Great reaction. Check out Jordan "one of the best defenders ever".... The Goat.
MJ passing highlights was a good video too.
@@Soulplaya007 : Fa sho.. The blocked shots video also.
Definitely the type of basketball fan I enjoy subscribing with.
With all do respect but there is no other player capable of doing this. I don’t even like sports but watching him playing is literally magic. You are right he did walked on air 😍
Enjoyed the reaction bro🔥
Appreciate that my boy.
And what ya'll have to remember is this was at the time when, I don't like to say that the league was more physical. But it was only because back then the big men which was the centers and power forwards got paid to play in the paint and keep everyone else out of the paint from scoring easy buckets. But in today's league alot of the big men play outside because they are better shooters. So that leaves the paint wide open. But notice most of all of Jordan points are in the paint over 7 foot centers.
I’m a new fan cause you kept it real and usually Jordan have people speakless 😂😂😂
Michael Air Jordan is The G.O.A.T. EVER !!!
Fan From France 🇨🇵
I can understand how young guys think lebron is the best, especially if they weren't old enough to see Jordan when it was really happening in real life or live on TV. And, there is no shame in somebody from this era being your favorite player of all time. But, I was alive to see the entire careers of both guys. Jordan is definitely better - in a number of areas. LeBron is one of the best. But, he's not better than this. Anyway, great reaction, man. Thanks for doing it.
I’m glad you can see why people who’ve seen both in their primes like me say MJ is the goat He was different bro He did things that people today still ain’t doin Lebron in my opinion is the 2nd best player I’ve ever seen But there was just something different about MJ
I have to say, lebron fan or not, this was one if the BEST reactions to this ive ever seen. Keep up the good work, man!
Appreciate that
Coming from somebody who actually saw him live, how can anyone say this man is not the best basketball player ever!
So nice to hear that😄😄One thing he could always do is turn adults into kids. Your reaction is subdued😄 18:41
