#LEBRONJAMES - Zábava
If you've witnessed both eras, you know that there is no comparison. Jordan wins hands down !!!
Facts my guy
I'm a witness. I agree 100%.
Couldn't say it any better. I've had the chance to watch MJ, Kobe, and LeBron's whole career. It's without hesitation Mike. We shouldn't even be having a lebron and MJ debate at all. It should be Kobe if anything. Anyone who actually got to watch Mike's career will tell you even if we just throw out stats completely for a second and just went off the eye test and impact on the game overall, then they would tell you MJ by far. Even if you were a fan of his rival team/teams you knew. Anyone who is old enough to have witnessed Jordan in real time and says that LeBron is better than him has a personal hate for what Jordan did to their entire careers. If you are too young and only witnessed LeBron in real time, then I swear I wish I could send you back in time just to see how good MJ was. Yeah 20 years later people actually have the audacity to compare people to MJ. But let me just tell you...when he played, there was no such thing!!!! Yeah everyone in the NBA. Hell everyone in the entire world knew who the best player was. Magic was calling Mike the best ever after year 3. Before he was even winning, other players in the league were placing him among all time greats. And it is myth that LeBron is an all around better player than MJ. One season he averaged 32 point something 8 and 8 with 3 steals and I believe 1.8 blocks. He just stopped playing like that because it didn't equal winning......and one thing that's definitely overlooked is the fact that Jordan's impact on the game is the reason a Kobe or LeBron ever existed. Jordan is the reason the NBA and it's athleticism evolved to what it has today. Jordan was a completely different style of play that the NBA never witnessed before. The whole 90's was dominated by Jordan and the bulls. How many teams in any sport win 3 consecutive championships???.....wait but take 2 years off and win another 3 in a row. Just asked the golden state warriors (arguably the most stacked team in NBA history)how hard it is to win 3 I'm a row. I'm sorry I love Bron and what he has brought to the game, but Jordan is way out of his league

There’s no way these highlights will ever justify just how great MJ was. Anyone who didn’t see it unfolding live, I’m truly sad for them.

You are so right man ,watching the whole games live like we used to do ,highlights don't even compare...
Still can't figure out how these youngsters jump all past Kobe like he didn't even exist...
This right here. I got a chance to see him live in 92 and 93 against the Bullets in DC. I was a junior and then a senior in high school. I'll never forget. Watched him his entire career, regular season games, playoffs and finals. Got the privilege of watching LeBron live as well. In fact, I went to three of Bron's against the Spurs, but he only ever played once. He sat out the other two. He had a great game that one game. I've watched LeBron play a hundred times over the last 19 seasons. He's a phenomenal player, a generational talent. One of the greatest... but not THE greatest. That title belongs to MJ.

63 points in a playoff game against one of the greatest teams of all time on their home floor. A record that stands to this day.

If you love basketball this moves you as would Lebron, but MJ gave you chills, straight up left you in awe
Labron is nuts, to be sure. But, MJ was doing shit you see in this tape pretty much every game on offense and defense. Way more clutch. No one compares.
Facts appreciate the comment my guy
Michael shot 50% in the clutch in regular season and playoffs combined. Lebron shoots only 20%~ in the clutch. Lebron is also 0/7 in the finals with under a minute down 1-3 pts. If you can't will your team to a tie or lead at the end of games in the final you can't be the goat. MJ all day and twice on sunday
I disagree about Lebron. Against some of the great power forwards or centers of the game when Jordan was shredding every team, Lebron would be average at best. To anyone that loves the game and studies it… yeah, average at best during the game when it was physical. Back in the day, Lebron would be forced to retire because of injuries. Period.
Jordan didn't play basketball. Jordan is basketball. So glad I got to see him play back in the day. These kids don't know.

Are you kidding me. Jordan is way lot better than LeBron will ever be
As someone who has seen just about all MJs late 80’s and 90’s games, there was NOTHING more exciting than watching the Bulls back then. From early on I was a crazed MJ and Bulls fan. Some of my best BB memories and having to stay home to watch MJ live on TV bc there was no other way. You had to see it live, that night, just to see it. No recording, no rewinding, no clips, nothing. Just a fan and NBA on TNT on a week night.
Appreciate you sharing that my guy ✊🏽
Yes well said. Or NBA on NBC special every Sunday
Lebron's name should never be mentioned in the same sentence as Jordon's . It's foolish to think Lebron is even equal to Jordon let alone better than him
I respect that thanks fir the comment
@romanhill Johnny Roman Hill lebum been on so many teams 😆 mike never went to a game 7!!! Never lost in the finals😂
Agreed. Lebron is a great player but even the greats of Jordan's era agree that Jordan is above even them. The fact that greats like Bird, Magic, Miller, Barkely, O'Neil, and many more all agree that MJ was on another level says a lot.
@Valerie Rae Miller - Yeah okay, whatever you say Valerie. This is such a silly reason is hurts as there are countless things we could say about MJ that Lebron hasn't done either. We get it, you're a die hard fan and that is okay but at least get some self awareness and realize your fanaticism is not necessarily based on facts.

Who would trade an Phil Jackson and scottie on ur team. Jordan went to Cleveland he would have no rings
@@celestelowery4259 not only would he have a ring , but he would have made Cleveland a big market and superstars COME IN CLEVELAND not like LeRun James
@@celestelowery4259 After the Bulls run ended, Jordan said he would only play for Phil. Then Phil went to LA. Jordan could've come back and joined the Lakers for 3 Easy Rings but didn't because he was too competitive so he went to the Wizards. MJ would have 12 Rings if he never retired and later joined the Lakers. He would not have let the Lakers lose vs the Pistons. That would have been a good ending, beating the Pistons in the Finals.

No matter how many times I see Jordan's highlights, I'm always completely in awe. No debate - GOAT.
He literally had no flaws in his game, nobody can name one thing he wasn't good at. Offense, defense, clutch, Leadership winning. He had it all. I can't remember who said it but it was someone that's a HOF'er and player against Jordan and he said, take the most fundamentally sound player in the game, and then give him the most athletic player in the game and then give him the most determination and killer instinct in the game, then make him one of if not the best defender in the game and that's Michael Jordan. How do you stop that? You don't lol
3pt shooting.
@@matthieusaade3616mj was a decent 3 pt shooter idk where the idea that he wasn't came from. I mean he did make 6 in a row in the 1st half of a finals game which was a record at the time. Dude could make 3s when he wanted to but when u have the ability to attack the basket like him why shoot a bunch of 3s anyway.
@@matthieusaade3616
He was average for the league for most of the years he played. Wouldn’t call it a flaw, just wasn’t elite.
@@matthieusaade3616 Jordan's still on par with LeBron despite shooting fewer 3pts in an era where 3pts was barely a thing outside of shooting contests. LeBron has shot way more 3pts than Jordan in an era where the NBA is basically a glorified 3pt shooting contest. Despite this, his average is just a hair higher than that of Jordan. LeBron is, statistically, a worse 3pt shooter than Jordan.
I really miss when the greatest players passed down the torch. The torch died out with Kobe may he rest in peace 💯.
Facts thanks for comment ✊🏽
Pass the brave cold torch of Kobe, I see a small dedicated glow, a spark they call "Kawhi Leonard."
Fellas, the reason Jordan switched hands in mid-air on that play against the Lakers in the Finals is because he thought Sam Perkins was going to try and block the shot on the right side of rim. But Perkins pulled back at the last minute. (watch the play again at a slower speed). Jordan always anticipated what defenders were going to do and reacted to it beforehand. That's what made him such a gifted scorer, and that's what he was doing on that particular play.
His reactions were almost instinctual. Like his physical seperates from his mental and his body just reacts without thought. His moves were so precise and efficient that he could beat any one or multiple defenders at any moment. That's why a head or shot fake would send a defender or 2 flying in the opposite direction. His game was complete. I forgot the specific details of this story but a team was playing Chicago and you know they have scouting reports on players. Guys were getting their reports on the players and they're all like 4, 5 pages. When the person guarding MJ got his, it just said "good luck"...
@@mpound97 😂😂 Love that story!!
As a Magic fan, life was brutal. I'm from Lafayette Louisiana and heard about Shaq at LSU since I can remember. Every season it was just a deep feeling like no matter how good the magic did, it just wasn't enough. Shaq said the first time he knocked Jordan out of the air and onto the floor, he went to help him up, Jordan refused, told Shaq “you never help them up.”
Ah, Michael... What a phenomenon. What an entertainer. So cool to see the young generations discovering him.

Jordan had a self admitted competition problem. He would do anything to win. He would play seemingly anybody in a game of quarters. He couldn't help himself. Watch the Last Dance to get a glimpse of his mental attitude. It's what made him the most driven athlete in basketball and probably all of sports too.
Definitely feel you that’s how it was back then appreciate the comment my guy ✊🏽
Literally. Normal people like us can't even understand it.. we don't feel the need to win a game of cards against a buddies grandma.. he did.. he had to win at everything. "To compete to win, it's what I live for. Cuz when you lose you're easily forgotten. And I don't think anyone wanna go to there grave forgotten."

Jordan and Barkley were actually good friends. They didn't fall out until Barkley was critical of him as an owner of Charlotte on TV and Jordan thought he crossed the line.
Oooh ok cool appreciate the comment my guy
Added note. Jordan didn't butter up his opponents. Jeff Van Gudy said it as well ( Jordan butter ups his opponents ) and the rest is history. I think that double reverse baseline dunk on Patrick Ewing was the next game after the comments from J.V.G
The difference between LeBron and MJ is LeBron was spectacular on a number of ocations, but Jordan was spectacular every time he stepped on the court

Michael Jordan will always be King of the NBA!!
Jordan changed the paradigm for winning
Prior to his arrival, chips were won mostly through the big man or big men
Bill Russell, jabbar, wilt, etc
MJ is the first shooting guard to lead their team to more than one chip
MJ led his team to six
Even the great Kobe was only the leader of two chip teams
Appreciate that info my guy ✊🏽
@@8jericho facts appreciate it the info my guy ✊🏽
Exactly! Prior to Jordan, Magic was the only back court player to win multiple MVPs in the history of the NBA. And Magic was basically a guard in a forward's body. Cousy, West and Oscar won league MVP once each. Jordan won 5 league MVPs while missing two seasons of his prime (1993 &1994). His offensive dominance can only be compared to that of the best centers in NBA history. Jordan is also the only player to lead his team to multiple championships without an All Star big man teammate or without being the All Star big man himself. When Jordan retired in 1998, that's when the league started changing the rules to make life easier for the remaining perimeter players to score. The perimeter guys were struggling to score under the defensive rules that were in place in the late 1990's early 2000's. So they kept tinkering with the rules to boost scoring in the hopes of replicating the MJ effect. That's how much of a singularly unique talent Jordan was.
FACTS MJ ALL DAY!!!Every game was a highlight!!!
Now watch MJs DEFENSIVE highlights...those are even crazier...the number of times he played help D and blocked the shit out of 7 foot + centers like Olajuwon, Ewing, Mourning, Mutombo, etc. The drive to hustle back on D ALL THE TIME...they should analyse his DNA...this energy level is superhuman...but then he was so efficient on offense...like no dribble wasted...watching him is like a symphony...
But the biggest difference between MJ is the psyche...Bron is passive aggressive and has a high basketball IQ so of he feels that his team ain't good enough he will just become passive agressive and give up...like in 2011 or last yr in Cleveland...he make sure his stats will look good and then he will mentally check out of the game...similar to Wilt Chamberlain btw...Wilt made sure he had 20 rebounds and 40 points: not his fault they lost...also MJ was never afraid to go to the line...Bron will shy away from contact late in playoff games to avoid the line...

He was the defensive Player of the Year and Scoring Champion in the same year, the only player in history to accomplish this.
His 131 blocks for the 1988 season is still the most blocks in a season by a guard in NBA history.
Appreciate all that info my guy thanks for the comment
People love to downplay his defense.I think you could make the argument that he's also the best defensive 2 guard to ever play the game.If it wasn't for Gary Payton, and say he was the best defensive guard period.Personally, I always thought he was a better lock down defender than Scottie Pippen.Pippen was the more versatile defender. He could defend multiple positions, but when locked in on defense, Jordan was more suffocating.MJ had to fall back at times & conserve his energy in order to carry the scoring load.
The dumbest portion of this is Jordan on Defense!!!! We talk about Bron and how big, strong and imposing he is on the court, but yet we don't talk about how MJ was only 6'6" 212 and was still able to impose his will on the defensive end.
@@dirtyface-capone7622 I 100% agree with you. People want to act as if MJ only cared about scoring, when in actuality he cared about his complete game. When they needed to get a steal or absolutely lock someone up, MJ was on them in the crunch. Pippen was a great defender and could guard multiple positions, but he also didn't have the scoring responsibility. If it were up to Pippen to play both sides at the highest level, one part of his game might have declined throughout the season. MJ actually got better as the season went on, when in his prime.

The fact that MJ played on the era where legends like Barkley, Magic, Malone, Reggie, Ewing, Bird are still playing and yet he rose to the top says a lot.
Especially when you had guys like Rodman being just an a$$hole and super physical, just bodying dudes on the court. MJ took the hits and still was the best in his era, LeBoring wouldn't last a game in the 90s with his fragile self 😂
@@SabresGuy87I agree. Bron has the body to handle the the abuse but mentally he'd break. Especially when u consider he's already been broken in big games and disappeared a few times. I honestly think he'd of faked an injury and sat out against Detroit then probably would of left the conference after the season to join the lakers or another stacked team. Either way he definitely doesn't have the mental toughness mj had to turn his early defeats into future victories.
The thing with Jordan is that he hit at EXACTLY the right time in sports. The NBA was beginning to become a big deal with the Magic and Bird rivalry, but there was no one like Jordan in the league. But people forget he'd been incredible for three years before his rookie season when he hit the national spotlight nailing the game winner for UNC against Ewing's Georgetown team in the NC Game in 1982 as a true freshman. By his junior year he lead a stacked Team USA to a gold medal in the 1984 Olympics in LA, and that summer DESTROYED a team filled with NBA All-Stars as a warm-up for the games. But when he got the NBA it wasn't just his incredible game. it was everything. His look, his mannerisms, the way he carried himself, the incredible marketing for an athlete which was new at the time. He quite literally burst onto the scene. He'd have been iconic with just that stuff...and then it turned out that his will to win and his work ethic would make him a legend. For those of us that watched him back then and grew up with him (I was 14 his rookie year) there can never ben anything like him. After all, we all wanted to "Be Like Mike", right? That's not a slight on modern guys who have taken Jordan's game and run with it...it's simply to say that he holds an irreplaceable spot in a way no one can duplicate. Great to see younger fans appreciate his game.

Jordan was probably the best at making baskets after getting hit. Those "miracle" toss up shots, that shouldn't go in, that somehow... somehow they fall in the hoop. Probably the very best at it. Bird used to get quite a few of them as well, but Jordan was the master at it.

To me things that hurt LeBron’s case for #1 are: getting swept twice in the NBA finals and getting outplayed by Jason Terry in the Mavericks finals series.
Facts appreciate the comment my guy
I'm a Mavs fan and I definitely felt like Terry got the best of him enough to where he was talking mad trash to Bron throughout the series.
Those are definitely 2 things you can't dismiss. Probably the biggest 2. But there's more that's hurt him though and that's not good. You can lose but these kids need to realize wins and losses are weighted. You can lose, put up a good fight and come out looking ok. LeBron was out there with superteams, he created, getting historically annihilated. I mean AI got one game against Shaq and Kobe shit. 2 finals sweeps, a gentleman's sweep and other series where James was outplayed or his numbers didn't translate to victories are too much to overcome in this silly goat debate.

10:55 I've seen other reactors comment on this. At the time Jordan said he thought a defender could have gotten to the shot so he switched hands so the rim would protect the shot. I have been lucky to have watched them both, (MJ start to finish and Lebron start to current day). They are two great players in two very different games. I love that people are showing games from the Jordan era. That was a very different game then. If we put either player into the other players era, we can only speculate what their performance would be like. My guess is that both would be top in the league. The primary difference that I see between these two men is this, MJ always did what ever it takes to win. You can not say that about Lebron.

Mike was build by nature to be the GOAT. No debate.

LMAO "Jordan get a pass with everything!!!" FACTS LMAO

With all the amazing aspects of MJ’s game, his spacial awareness was superhuman.
One reason we don't see this sort of play anymore is because of over reliance on 3s. If you watch where Jordan did a lot of his work it was within 15-18 feet. Enough space that if you over commit to guard him he will spin around you and be at the rack. If you hold off to stop that he is open for a high % jump shot. That is why so much of his early work is him attacking the rim. He was very fast and had a super quick first step. Also had some of my favorite reverses of all time, think you converge in time to stop him? Nah he just goes under and then back over with some cheat code bs reverse that falls right in lol

This was an amazing break down but Lebron can't even do 1/4 of the thing Jordan did mainly because MJ's hands were a cheat code. Meaning he was able to do lots of things that others couldn't do because of their hand size!

Highest vertical leap in NBA history, too. He was a freak of nature.
People need to stop comparing Michael Jordan to LeBron James it's like comparing apples to oranges

MJ carried the entire NBA on his back - took it mainstream around the world!
3 things, I'll give you 8 things.
1. Scoring
2. Free throws
3. Defense
4. Clutch
5. Hops
6. Killer mentality
7. Creativity
8. Winning championships

Jordan did all this against the stiffest of competitions, and rules that allowed teams like Detroit to be super physical without paying a price for it. With the game on the line, there are two NBA players that I would want to have the ball in the last few seconds: Michael Jordan, or Larry Bird. I would give a slight nod to MJ because he's a point guard and therefore it makes it that much harder to deny him the ball. In those circumstances he was near impossible to stop. If Bird shot the ball in those circumstances, I remember only one of them that didn't go in. What made Bird scary is that in those circumstances he was head and shoulders way better passer than everyone else on the court, and if you were to double team him (which is your only hope to stop his shot), he would ALWAYS find the man who is open under the basket!
Jordon was feared and respected. He was considered the GOAT before he left the game.
@13:03 kills me. How he goes from FT line to dunk in about a second is crazy

MJ = Real G.O.A.T
I’m getting older. Almost 38. As a kid growing up watching Jordan was unbelievable. He did something every game that let u know he was the best. It’s getting crazy to me that so many younger people haven’t seen him play.
Also, the nickname “air” came from his hangtime. Which came from a supposed 48” vertical. Highest recorded. And he wasn’t just a one leg jumper. He could jump off two when needed.
Check out his defensive and passing highlights.
Definitely will
I think too many make the mistake of using "goat" when they actually mean "my favorite"...if James is your favorite player, cool, whatever. Mine was Penny. But James is nowhere near goat status by any measure
I respect that appreciate the comment my guy
Same, Penny was my fav, wasn't as much a Shaq fan though.
Reggie aswell, and Nick can Exel and Speedwell also among my fav guards at the time, but MJ always poned them.
Love how the brother said it “he was the final shot” MJ all the way babyyyy

Couldn't agree more, Jordan was and still is the best ever. Kobe was the closest thing we have seen to Jordan. Jordan never even needed a game 7 in the finals and is 6-0. 🐐
When he asked “how many game winners did he hit?” I said out loud to no one, “all of them” without thinking. That’s what it felt like.
Love how down to earth you guy are--adknowledging the truth about MJ, yet also being honest about your favorite player (no shame to you having a favorite. See?). MJ's level of greatness is exceptional and rare even today. Glad, both of you can appreciate that reality. Love that monster mixed tape's overwhelming scoring events and theme music. Good job dudes.

I think the point here is that it's hard to compare eras so if you compare MJ to his contemporaries and Lebron to his contemporaries, anyone who played with and against MJ feared him. The greats in the game today do not fear Lebron. Also, the ultimate judge of who is the best is asking the players who know and understand the game from a skill and physical tool aspect and majority of them choose MJ over Lebron as the GOAT.

MJ playing in that time frame is like a receiver running a slant in the 80's. He knew when he went to the hole there was punishment.
Jordan Best Ever👍🏾
Facts
As soon as you said “Jordan a little twisted in the head”… it was case closed. LeBron just got too soft of a mindset to be the GOAT (that’s also why I put Kobe 2nd on my list). I’ve seen LeBron give up during the 4thQ of multiple games in his career; mentally & physically. If Jordan or Kobe would’ve seen a teammate giving up before the game was over… they’d be on a flight, learning a new playbook before the end of the week.. It's cool if you still wanna ride with LeBum.. but the best way to clear your mind from that 'Bron Fog' ... go watch his 9min Flop Compilation. You’ll hit the Wee-Bey meme irl lol.. The truth is with 2-3 ... the real 2-3 🕴🏻,🕴🏻,🕴🏻

I got Kobe as #2 as well. It's almost impossible to be perfect in season deciding games at that level of competition all the time. But you have to be in order to be in the conversation of Goat vs MJ. Or at least really close to perfect. Even Kobe had no shows/bad games in the NBA finals which cost his team the season. Go watch Lakers Vs Pistons game 5 when Pistons won the chip. It's asking for 2 much. No one will ever be that good that clutch that dominate again, I promise.
Jordan is the GOAT!!! The KING of KINGS!!!!! Bow to BLACK JESUS!!!!

I love the fact that you guys being brothers, get along so well! However, please note, there will NEVER be another MJ!!! Please keep the videos coming!😇😇😇😇
Lebron can not, and I emphasize CAN NOT do what Jordan did on the court! Jordan = 🐐
