This really needs to be much longer. The whole "drunken" scene goes until they are rudely woken up by Lestrade. My favourite part is when Dr Watson says: "He's clueing for looks!" The whole scene is hilarious.
@@prasanth2601 Well, it is a bit long but you asked 🤣 Earlier in the episode, Sherlock is asked by Dr Watson to be his best man. He organises a bachelor party which turns out to be just the both of them. Sherlock's plan is to make it last but make it safe so he goes to Molly Hooper who tells him the right amount of alcohol they should drink not to end up hammered. Hence the measuring cylinders they drink out of. I hope that helps but I highly recommend watching this series and this episode particularly.
@@1969Kismet I've already seen Sherlock Holmes some time ago. It's a masterpiece imo. But i really didn't understand some episodes like irene andler's one, fall of reichnsbag, climax episode and ofc this scene. I mean Sherlock has a habit of doing dr*gs there is no point in asking molly how much they should drink for John's bachelor party even if it's his last( which is not as we see in next episodes)
I adore how in the next scene Sherlock's thoughts are displayed as all messy and wonky. Being drunk for him is like his mind palace got flooded and all things in it got soaking wet lmao
Nobody likes that. When people drink, they want to reach and stay in that “sweet spot” that Sherlock meticulously calculated with his millimetre flasks. The only problem is that when you’re in the spot, you start believing that drinking more will help you stay in it, when it’ll actually just lead to blacking out and embarrassment.
There are board games for this (Hedbanz is one), but what they have done is they just write a name on a note and tape it to eachother's foreheads, and then they ask yes and no questions to try and figure out who they are.
Drunk Sherlock trying to punch a random guy whilst being lifted and taken away by John is the highlight of the series.
The way John points to Sherlock’s sticky note when that lady asked “which of you is Sherlock Holmes?” gets me every time 😂😂
