See, I just don't give a shit about public image, so I just take the direct approach and cuss Karen's out. So far, the best line I've come up with on the fly was "shut your gaping yap, you vapid valley bimbo! Nobody gives a shit!" After she tried to tell me how rude I was, after waiting in line for nearly 10 minutes while she ordered with excruciating detail. I kindly reminded her that the only reason the cashier didn't say anything is because they're paid not to, but I have no such limitations. Probably the best part was mr beating her in a volume contest. She kept trying to talk over me, and every time, I opened up my throat and exploded, using my drill voice for a word or two to shut her up, and continued my sentence, refusing to miss a beat. She tried every play in the Karen handbook. "Would you talk to your mother like that?" Fuck yes! "You should really treat people with respect!" Then I guess you're not people! "I don't have to listen to this!" Great! Door's right there! Don't let it hit you where satan split you!

The Uber story - that's effectively extortion by the driver, (although indirectly) so I'd definitely be getting the police involved.

Or just trying to steal it for yourself, try to make a quick buck or upgrade an old phone. For such a shifty response from the driver, that doesn't shout inconvenience as much as petty thief.
They shouldâve called Uber again to report that once they offered money the stuff magically turned up in the driverâs possession.
Police should have been called almost immediately when the driver refused to respond. Also, how can the driver prove he didn't have these things? I'll wait while you try to prove a negative.

For ProRevenge you must use that special paint for easier cleaning (no idea if it comes in black). I met it only once and it is nightmare to get another paint stick to it. It is mixed with some kind of wax or what so it is more or less water resistant.

To be 100% accurate, BLACK IS A NEUTRAL COLOR. Black is the darkest shade of any and all colors, including white. So technically He did paint the walls a dark shade of neutral white LOL

I hope the OP from the Uber story called Uber corporate and repeatedly forced the issue until they actually took action and fired this Uber driver, and gave the Uber driver a one star review and zero tip. If something like this happened to me and my Uber driver was not fired, I would literally never do business with Uber again.

I can never NEVER calm them down and I feel for the people that hate it. That pig girl story is epic đ my mom has a similar story from school.
In school, my mom had pigtails from time to time. There was one girl who bullied my mom by pulling her pigtails as hard as she could all the time and laughing. My mom was (and still usually is) the type of person who'd never say anything. She hates conflict.
Years later (like 20+ years), she happened to run into said girl at her job, with her husband. Somehow she recognized my mom, and that time came up in conversation. Made the girl SUPER uncomfortable, and ended with her husband basically laughing and saying "wow hun, you were a real bitch in school, weren't you?" as she ran out of the store. She never came back to that store as far as I know lol.

The black wall revenge is so so evil lmao. The last owners in our house painted one large living room wall DARK red. It made the big open-concept room feel like an dark cave. It took me two days of priming with many coats to cover it up. It was awful.

Actually there's a product called "Killz" which makes black paint easier to go over. Its essentially a paint primer for any color to go over black.
Bingo. Two coats of commercial grade Kilz would cover black no problem. Hopefully the landlord didn't know about Kilz and used 60 coats of crappy PPG.

The second one is like a story my mom told me from when they were first married...
I have fuzzy memories of us living in that house but I remember the layout entirely.
Now, we had a trash can that had a lid that you would just have to move your foot to a pedal, push it, and it opens.
My dad had gained a habit of putting cans and other trash like plates, plastic forks, and things that are broken, etc. That got on my momâs nerves!!! She made a point of taking him over to the trash can and showing him how to do it. They had a laugh and he promised that he would get the hang of it.
Yeah... he didnât...
He kept doing it and my mom had the last straw. She took off the lid of the trash can and left it behind it between the wall and the trash can.
Now, this is where the âI remember the layout entirelyâ line comes in.
Our kitchen was big and as soon as you walk in the door you walk past the big dining room, walk down a hallway past a small bath, and into the small dining room where on your right was our living room and on your left our kitchen. First thing you see an counter like island with chairs to sit at and a fridge with another counter next to it. Follow the counter along the wall, sink, cabinets, pantry, door to the bigger dining room, and the trash can against the other counter.
My dad, even with the open trash can, put them on the counter next to it and left them there.
My mom finally had enough, took my dad into the kitchen, moved the trash can over to a corner near the pantry, and said: âI will move this back when you learn to put it IN the trash can.â
With no where left to put it, he started putting the trash IN the trash can and moved it back himself.
It's probably not exactly like the other one but still laugh when I think about it and my dad denies it every time I bring it up.

Speaking as someone who used to paint houses, it can be hard to paint over anything. Color doesn't usually make a difference if you put enough paint on the brush.

How stupid is that landlord to not specify how the paint job needs to be done. I mean you could just smack a few paint spots on every wall and you technically painted all of them.

I havenât had a teacher bully me, but there was a really racist professor whom I butted head with for 4 years. He thought it was funny that I was a female wildland firefighter (3rd generation, so Iâm pretty proud of it), and he thought I was brainwashed because Iâm a Conservative. I challenged him every chance I got and on my last day in his class, I printed off Teddy Rooseveltâs speech called âThe Man In The Arenaâ and slipped it under his office door. That was my last word to him and Iâm sure heâll remember me for a long time to come!
As someone who is best friends with a past bully who I found out after high school (when he went no contact) that he was abused at home. The girl in the story truly was petty. I hope her friends gave pig girl a chance instead of allowing the girl to ruin pig girls chances to have good friends.
First post: That was definitely a _bright_ idea! *Cue laugh track*
Second post: That wasn't only theft, that was attempted extortion. There was no way this driver would've given OP's items back otherwise. I hope OP reported this to the police as well.
Third story: Better yet, OP should invest in some subwoofers, have them conveniently placed outside the house, and crank up the volume every time the neighbors get a little too loud. OP gets to listen to their favorite music, and the neighbors will sooner get the hint with minimal effort required.
Fourth story: Once you reach a certain wealth, your consciousness starts deteriorating so much, you can't help but finding faults in everyone around you while overlooking your own shortcomings. Greed is a sickness of the mind.
Fifth story: I will once again quote the same thing as I did for the aforementioned post. But it comes to no surprise to any sane person that Karens, by definition, has a lack of self-awareness. You could literally embody everything they are and they still would be offended by your very existence.
Sixth story: The fact that OP sympathizes with Pig Girl's potential youth situation shows that OP has a big heart. But even if her situation is what OP suspects, it didn't make her actions any more justifiable, and I hope she learned to be more respectful and humble (and honest?) towards others if she ever wanted to make friends from then on.
Seventh story: Bet that house would come to be the dream for anyone who wishes to have a permanent Haunted House, Futuristic or a simple Monochrome interior design, albeit at the cost of having a horribly strict landlord.

I once painted a house too when we left, one of the walls was actually black, and it did took us 2 coats for it to be ready to give a new color, which took another 2 coats to look good.
