I think it’s really fun to watch people gush about their favorites, so I really enjoyed this video! The new pixlings coming out look so good, but the price tag on the taller ones is uh…yikes

While I don't think the Skulltimate Secrets series 5 dolls went far enough with the garden tea party theme in general I NEED that Draculaura, that rose vibe is immaculate!
I know! I was hoping for at least long dresses for the girls. That hair color combo on Drac is something that I no idea would work so well on her until I saw it.
I will need to remind you that her hair is very likely to be poly. If you don’t mind that then go for it but it’s something I’ve had to remind myself of. If you know how to reroot it might be a good idea to wait until she’s on sale and get some red hair in saran to reroot her.
I wish Violet had the pants instead of the skirt too! I love the Magic Mixies Pixlings, especially Angelica! They're so adorable! 🥰🥺

I’m so on board for all the new pixlings and supreme pixlings… I just wish they had a less plastic version with out all the gimmick reveal stuff just the doll and their accessories, stand and booklet/check list. I really want the supremes to come with regular style stands over the foot peg stand the 1st series came with. I’m very excited to hunt for all these new pixlings this weekend and the rest of the month.

I definitely like the concept of a Dolls I do want video as well! I know that Darling Dollz makes videos where they look at all upcoming dolls and say whether they like them or not, and I guess this would be similar just split into two videos.
Yeah, I think I’ll probably keep them separate partially because I don’t want it to feel like exactly the same as what he does, and also cause I like having a whole video that’s basically an anti haul haha

I really like this duel video style.
I also love a selective queen! Like it really helps me. I’ve been really collecting for about two years. And when I first started I very much burned myself out trying to get everything. I just came back from take a few months off because of it. So now I am trying to be more specific in what I add to my limited space/ buy with my limited doll budget. So it helps to see other people collect like that and show that it’s okay not to get every doll the second you see them. It’s okay to buy your favorites right away. But some can wait /never be gotten.
So far pixlings is the only doll line I have complete, because I am also a huge fan! But thankfully I was able to get them all on sale or clearance apart from my very first one and the one I was gifted by my husband. So I am hoping to get all of the new ones but wait for a good sale on most of them.
And G3 monster high I have an almost complete collection (I think I’m only
Missing 13 currently released dolls). But I’m currently waiting for sales to complete them. I just finished my neon dolls with the current clearance prices.
Now that the dolls are staying on shelves and not disappearing a week after they go live I feel more confident in waiting and only getting my favorite one or two to start.
It really can be overwhelming! Obviously no shade to anyone who buys/wants every doll, but for me collecting is much more rewarding when I’m a bit picky hehe

I'm thinking that pants might be more complicated to make, i.e., more expensive, and that's why we always get skirts for RH. I want the upcoming Pixling cat and bear dolls. 😺🐻
They definitely tend to use more fabric, it’s just…still disappointing
plus rh dolls got big butts so putting on their pants is a whole chore lol

I love these videos, please keep doing them. As one who has so many dolls already I am finally becoming a tad bit choosey and discarding the fomo attitude. I love all the dolls you picked for this, I must say you have very good taste. The Pixling dolls are so friggin cute and a must have for me, I have been limiting my Monster High purchases but I am receiving Catty tomorrow , really excited for her. The garden mystery ss5 from MonsterHigh I think is not going to be in USA for a few months I’m guessing around fall as other parts of the world are getting them first.

I don't know why people haven't been talking about this, but the new magic mixies supreme doll with the magic mirror is $70. I know magic mixies can be expensive but that seems absurd to me especially for the quality, which imo is good but not amazing.
See I’ve heard $60 not $70 (USD) but I also haven’t seen that from an actual listing just on IG? Not that it makes it much better. I do get they’re expensive, I’m not really one to go to bat for any company but I do think there’s meant to be a play aspect for after the doll is revealed so that might factor into the price?

The problem I have with Skulltimate Secrets dolls its the same I have with Magic Mixies, they are really cute dolls but the amount of plastuc in their packaging increases the cost, in my country both are really expensive...
Totally fair, I’m also less of a fan of the new SS boxes…with the old ones, at least if you had wall space you could hang the whole box and display the doll, but it feels even less streamlined now and harder to show off the doll in the box? Idk

I woke-up at 4am saw this video on my notifications I read the title as " Dolls I DON'T want ". I was like "What?! This video came out on Friday way was this showing up again on my notifications and saying the video came out Monday?" I thought your video got taken down and you had to post it up again. So I was like " will I'll just watch it again make sure Rainn gets their views up again." Then you started talking and then I realized "Oh wait this is a different video dolls you Want to get"!!
I partied too hard on Monday so I didn't read the title right. LOL Went to my uncle's 80s birthday, watched the Euro game my team win!!! Plus July 1 is Canada's birthday, ya I my brain was fried!! lol

For the pixie supreme are you talking about Luna or Skyler? There’s a new one called Skyler that just got released and it looks like they’re both butterflies and so I’m really confused as to which one is actually coming out. I’m blind and can’t see the pictures if that doesn’t help.

Too many pixlings! Ive just started collecting and yet again being overwhelmed with new releases. WHY do they keep doing this
Yeaaaahh this number of releases is a lot, not uncommon in a lot of brands though 🫠 I feel like there’s always a boom of news this time of year cause companies want to be sure their products are STACKED on shelves when holiday shopping starts
I agree I think Sunny n Violet are the best from the Winter Wonderland line, my favorite is Sunny tho( even though I'm not a Sunny fan usually) and if Im gonna be brave here I think she looks better than her winter break doll cause Sunny was my least fav from that line.

I am curious about the stand situation for the larger ones…I guess Bratz are taller than the little Pixlings and they’ve had foot peg stands just fine, but in my brain a larger doll wouldn’t be secure on that type of stand haha
