I'm glad that I have been watching you and your humble and honest self. Watching you made me realize how dystopian and downright weird people are nowadays having to film and post everything they do. the word influencer being used for people who do random trending dance moves. like what are you influencing, your are just dancing being awkward in public and then feeling attacked when called out. Vlogs are a great thing to watch but also a curse when you realize that some people are just living online at these point. your vlogs for example are the best example to what they should look like. and also am grateful you do. it gives me a calming escape from stress and i am genuinely happy that you are enjoying your life. makes me think of moving myself if i get to have a little bit of financial stability and language proficiency.
Then there are those who watch those "influencers" and start dancing around being weird being or behaving rude in public and to people. Man I am glad I know you and your channel, you gave us with your humbleness great life lessons to follow.
If you ever film in public: 1) Don't insist on speaking to people 2) Expect other people to get in the way or be in your shot (and certainly don't get mad about it) 3) Don't "secretly" talk about the other people in public that are out there with you 4) Realize you are the one potentially in everybody else's way and try to film in locations where there are lots of space to walk around you. If they still don't walk around thats okay - its a shared space. 5) Never expect discounts or freebies.
In reality though, its a million times easier to film from the comfort of your own home.

14:40 ... Japanese have always been this way. Back in the 1970s and 80s, it was an IRL "meme" about Japanese tourists having three or four cameras around their neck (on straps) and they would take photos of everything when at the beaches of San Diego or the museums or Disneyland.
Even back then, they would be so polite and wait for you to walk by while giving a little bow, or they would line up to get a certain photo, not knowing who the other person is, they would simply honor the fact you wanted a clean photo of Cinderella's Castle or something.
It's nothing new to Japanese culture. Back when cameras used film, it was not cheap and you couldn't simply erase a bad photo and try again. I believe this is where it began, back in the age of costly prints. You couldn't waste a single shot because it would set you back several dollars (USD) for ONE photo if it was ruined... so it was rude to spoil another person's photo.
Of all the tourists to San Diego where I grew up in the 70s and 80s, the Japanese were always the most courteous. When it came to taking a picture or filming on 8mm film or VHS tape, they would intentionally move out of your frame until you were done.
The Japanese have always been respectful and courteous* and it even carried down to taking photos.
*The 1930s and 1940s are not counted in this "always". They weren't very courteous when "visiting" foreign places during those years.

My TRUE wish is that I would love to see America become a more polite and respectful society, but that is far from easy. If she was taking a picture the courteous thing to do is to try and not block the shot as you walk past but he seemed to sit down with the purpose of either trying to be a creep or be a dick to some young influencer due to the influencer reputation. But she honestly did ask if he could move nicely and he did have the right to stay and ask her to move but she was there first and he did ask pretty rudely

Firstly, as you pointed out, she did ask nicely but it was clear that the man did not want to move himself from that bench. Now to put it simply: It's a public bench. She can ask and he can refuse. And, she should move on if he declines. Since he doesn't she belives herself to have somewhat higher importance because she is live-streaming, cannot move herself to another spot, has more followers etc. Your comment makes sense, but as the 3-minute argument continues it's clear that she is the rude one. That man is simply standing his ground and she can't do anything about it.

I can’t remember if they’ve looked at those guys who do the phone interviews with poor unsuspecting strangers (usually couples or girls) and try desperately to get them to agree with some insane view or opinion or to provoke an argument in the hopes that the people being interviewed will look flustered and stupid which makes it seem like the interviewer is cool and calm and ultimately correct, but it’s such an antagonistic and manipulative tactic. Anyway if they haven’t looked at that they should, those people are the worst kind of influencer. They prey on people.
