If you put yogurt cups in the dishwasher they like melt and get warped. My dad grew up poor. Even though he did pretty well for himself old habits die hard. He saved yogurt cups, frosting cups and those potato salad containers at the grocery store and used it as Tupperware for like leftovers. And that was back in the day when yogurt cups actually had plastic lids and now they don't. They have like a foil seal that you peel off the top.
