As a danish citizen, I must this was very fun to watch. Also "charcuterie board" comes from french and means raw dried meat (usually pork) like sausages and ham.
Sweden does make some amazing tools. Scandinavian steel is highly regarded for its durability. Mora knives and gransfors bruk axes are made in Sweden. Best axe I’ve ever used I could shave my hair with the factory edge.

As an American we use “smorgasbord” all the time but it’s more about describing the quantity and selection of food rather than a specific kind of food. So when people say there was a smorgasbord of food they mean there was a ton of food and lots of various types of food to eat. A charcuterie board is pretty specific in that it has little meats and cheeses that you can snack on.
