My nephew is starting high school I told him about the parties and the girls and the “fun” it comes with but what I remembered the most was the feeling of everyone taking SAT tests and getting accepted into college and getting full ride scholarships. That these next 4 years will launch you into your future it set you back and there’s nothing wrong with playing catch up if you mess up but it will definitely be harder

Personally, I like them more simply because they represent a new day, represents that with an end, a new beginning starts, just how recently, I am finally able to let go of the past, realizing who I was, and that I wasn't the best person, but I learnt from my mistakes, I improved on my self, apologizing to those who I've hurt, and trying to fix those that I can, and leaving those that are not for me, your content has reminded me to say to my parents that I love them, because something horrible has happened in my family life, my dad has a court date next month, we know he's innocent and he got accussed of something so horrible, and I've had a similar past with false accussations, we don't know what will happen next, I already lost him once, I don't want to lose him again, but I pray every night now, I will appreciate all the time we may have left together and if he does come out as innocent which we know he has to, I will cherrish my parents for the rest of life, and even if God decides otherwise and I don't have him in my life personally anymore, I'm going to try my best to tell hik that I love him every time I get the chance.

I’ve gone through so much at such a young age and have done so many things and am ahead academically by several years. along with that, I have significantly improved in guitar, which was something that I took pride when I was younger and still do. thanks for reminding me that I’m doing well in life
My past self most likely would've hated me. When I was younger I was really homophobic and an anti furry, but now im a proud member of the LGBTQ+ and furry community. Thank you for helping people with these shorts they really help me reflect on my past experiences and look to future.
