I’ve had many bad days, I’ve been dealing with this for my whole life I just don’t feel right.

Parents can only provide a safe and loving enviornment which allows you to become who you become. It doesnt shape you in any way. What COULD shape you is a scary and unloving enviornment. If your parents really want to affect who you become they could stop loving you.
