- One step closer. Engine and Transmission are back in our 1957 Chevy 210. Now comes the dreaded fun of body panel gaps, scratching new paint, and looking for lost hardware. #57chevy #trifive #bornfreebuilds
LOOKS Good ! !
Good afternoon, you are going to have a beautiful car when you’re done. Steve from Nb Canada
Looking better every episode. Mint.
Great job awesome car
Coming together nicely.
Nicely done young Fellow, Tri-Five Chevy’s are so cool, I sure enjoy my 57 210 sedan.🫵🏼💯🆒🇺🇸
Rocking a six banger. They aren’t all forgotten!!
🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
All part of a GREAT build !
Looking nice , I know you're getting exited to drive again.
Wow, it’s looking so good. Great job.
One thing that may be causing your front fender fit problem: at least on my car, the fender front at the lower splash pan fits BETWEEN the splash pan and the curved filler panel, not in front of. I'd send a pic if I could.
Please correct me if I’m wrong but I don’t recall that red color being an original color of the 57 Chevy. I owned 3 of them back in the late 60s when I was in high school and that’s going to be one fine car when you’re done. Thanks for sharing.
You are correct. This car was originally matador red. We repainted it in hugger orange.
Thanks, and thank you for your service.
Imagine how much more difficult it would be to install the fenders if you had included the anti squeak foam padding. Ask me how I know. I swear that the only way this front clip could be neatly assembled is on a jig which I suspect is how the factory did it.
It sure would have been tougher. I went back after the fact and cut strips of rubber and stuffed them between the inner and outer fender. Still not easy
Great job man, by the way that green car on the background is it a Plymouth savoy? it looks good, is it another future project ?
Did you give on it because there is not new video for a month abnd counting sorry you thar you quiry the resolution
We are taking this one to the finish line. New video coming Friday!
