      @@Mary-us8jb She made a long wordy premise, then tried to pigeonhole him into a yes/no answer. It's meant to be unfair. And in one of her statements, she literally contradicted herself. This is the Supreme Court, for crying out loud. The full argument should be heard on both sides.… and you notice I'm not taking a specific side, I'm arguing that the justice system can't work if BOTH sides aren't allowed speak. The fact that you don't get it means that YOU are the problem, regardless of the outcome.

The attorney in this video was crystal clear (Yes and No answers would not be clear. Sotomayor was not wanting clarity.) Any doctor acting in good faith will be safe.

    Life-saving exemption did not help the mother in Texas. She had to go out of state. Hopefully, she didn't suffer consequences that caused infertility.

    Also these people on here saying that the law is clear, it is not. Doctors took it to the supreme court and they refused to do so. Therefore, you take a gamble with going to prison and ruining your life every time an abortion is performed. You also have to risk a jury of peers that know nothing about medicine finding you guilty despite science.
