How about the doctor’s judgement be presumed to be in the interests of the patient and the law?

Licensing board needs to be updated and reformed and the authority board needs to be established to oversee the conduct of doctors or health professionals

Let the physicians practice how they see fit and treat each patient as and individual and not one size fits all. Your ignorance on this is showing.

The standard is obviously higher than what it is to be an extremist conservative scotus justice.

They crave certainty. They neither trust doctors nor women and seem to believe they know everything about everything.

People lined up in the parking lots of big box stores to get an experimental shot from non-medical experts for a free donut. At least they got a donut.

Why would a doctor risk their license to make such a judgement call?

A doctor's decision in the moment in good faith is based on years of training and objective data.

'In good faith' is generally accepted to mean honestly and without malice and not an appeal to religion or spirituality.
Some secular language has religious origins due to our society's past religiosity.

My view on abortion has changed. I now ask “How can the government force a woman to bear a child?”
