And his supporters in the court figured if they rule that the President has Absolute Immunity, not only looks bad for the court, but also gives Biden the freedom to do whatever he wants with Don the Con. So, they came up with a solution that the court would frame the issue in a way to create Maximum Confusion and Delay and Prevent his Criminal Trials.

Which is where Impeachment is a key "balance of powers" that ensures that actual criminal acts and not enforcing the laws as enumerated by legislature, are the resolution - with such FACTUAL actions are evaluated by the legislative branch for referral to the Judicial Branch if found to be criminal. Otherwise Governors and President's - all Constitutional Officers of the State or Federal Government have the same immunity from prosecution for ANYTHING the Legislature allows to pass as unimpeachable. When Impeached - & MUST be heard, evaluated, and adjudicated by the Senate. If found and "convicted" of impeachment - removed from office - the offenses impeached - MAY be considered for prosecution by Justice branch.
Balance of Powers, Checks and Balances, Presidential (and Speaker of the House) ARE the heart and sole of a Constitutional Republic, of the independent States, United under the highly limited authorities of the Federal Government.

It is ugly & unbecoming of KBJ to take herself so seriously just because she's now a Supreme Court Justice. Her narcissism just oozes her conceit throughout her pontificating style of "grandstanding".
The point I'm making here is not trivial just because it sails over most readers' heads.
The point I'm making is that the collective "Supreme Court of the USA" must know its own boundaries & limitations. In other words, there are some things the Supreme Court and its Justices CAN NOT DO! For example, no Supreme Court Justice can give or derive a medical or surgical opinion. In such circumstances, each and every Supreme Court Justice must recuse himself/herself from pretending to issue any medical or surgical opinion. Likewise, each and every Supreme Court Justice must constantly be forever vigilant about its own judicial body being duped, gamed, or undermined...as in this obvious case of "Presidential Election Interference".
KBJ is so hyper-intellectualizing the issue to the detriment of her ability to think simply or clearly on same. Obviously, KBJ can't see the "forest for the trees". Like it or not: Trump was and still is "hugely popular". Those that hate and despise Trump...naturally have a huge incentive to derail his Presidency or more importantly...his "Run for the Presidency". The whole "heart of the issue" is a "criminal prosecution" or any "prosecution" of a putative incumbent "Presidential Nominee" or as in Trump's most unusual case {(that being that this is the first time in modern "Presidential History"--DURING THE INTERNET ERA NO LESS---a past-President who lost his second term is running again (twice, for the second time) for the "Presidency" of the USA...four years after he lost as the "Incumbent".)} Consequently, Trump is being derailed due to one thing...and one thing only: THE FACT THAT HE IS SO IMMENSELY POPULAR. This fact of tremendous "POPULARITY" is the singular motivation his detractors need to "maliciously prosecute" him. The "malicious prosecution", therefore, becomes a blatant form of "CAMPAIGN INTERFERENCE".
Let the PEOPLE determine who the President is going to be...don't let the LEGISLATIVE BRANCH choose or de-select a President for the PEOPLE.
Likewise, we cannot allow the JUDICIAL BRANCH to choose or "de-select" our next President for the PEOPLE either. The next President---and all forthcoming Presidents---must be chosen BY THE PEOPLE AND FOR THE PEOPLE. Any interference by either BRANCH OF GOVERNMENT then becomes tantamount to "CAMPAIGN INTERFERENCE" in and by itself. The SUPREME COURT OF THE USA MUST RECUSE ITSELF ENTIRELY FROM THIS DISGUSTING FORM OF "JUDICIAL ACTIVISM" WHICH IS WHAT GOT THIS CASE SO FAR IN THE FIRST PLACE. THE USA CANNOT HAVE A JUDGE OR JURY CHOOSE OR DE-SELECT ANY PUTATIVE PRESIDENT OF THE USA, BAR NONE.
THE FUNDAMENTAL INGREDIENT INTO THIS DEBATE THEREFORE IS THE WORD "POPULARITY".
