I just started this workout last week. I ended up sick over the weekend and really was bummed to miss working out for 3 days. Today is the last day of October and I can honestly say I have stuck to doing your exercises every day. I've concentrated on seated abbs exercises (adding legs next month) and for the first time in over 20 years I can actually feel and use my abdominal muscles!! Thank you 🤗 They've been sadly ignored following many, many hip to hip abdominal operations 20+ years ago. I'm inspired. Onwards and upwards (at last). See ladies there is hope after giving up even in your late 60s 😊

I love these seated workouts. I was healthy and fit when I was younger, (all my life really). I had an accident in my late thirties and crushed a leg and lost a knee cap, went through early menopause in my mid-40s and my body just fell apart. I have not been able to exercise or do any weight bearing because of my leg and lack of kneecap. I love your workouts. They are just right to really keep me going and motivated. I can really tell a difference after I finish a work out and I can add as many as I want at 10 minutes at a time :-) Your words of encouragement have really made a difference to me as well. You are a great inspiration. Thank you so much! 😊

I do these seated ones(there's another seated abs)sometimes later in the day, saving the up-and -walking ones for earlier.. Stick with it. I did, & as a result have never felt better & younger! -Sherrie(just turned 69 years of age)~

I've been doing your workouts for about a year now, but I just found this one. Great core workout, which I need since I was just diagnosed with significant arthritis in my lower back. Working on my core will hopefully help. I appreciate this seated workout, as I am alomost 68 and have difficulty doing exercises on the floor, due to knee surgery. Thank you so much Schellea. I had stopped exercising because of pain in my lower back and hip, scared of doing more harm than good, and am now booked to have both hip joints replaced. Was advised on some exercises to do and when I told my PT of your videos she gave me her blessing to give them a go. Can't thank you enough for adding the easier variations but I am now on to the full exercises with your encouragement. 👍😊😊thank you

Thanks so much for your question! Instead of moving into the second exercise in this routine, you can repeat two round of the first exercise. This first exercise is a great way to get the abs activated and ready, so a double up will be beneficial ❤️

I am 88 years old with both upper and lower back problems. I do this plus the 15 minute sitting one. This has helped my pain so much I am going without my fentanol patch. I also do a treadmill and stand up eliptical and walk 1/2 mile
