    36 years old, with a 6 week old baby - excellent, gentle reintroduction to fitness after giving myself some time off without any exercise.
    Particularly good now I find myself with very little spare time - 10 minutes is just right!

    After having done the workout, like always inspiring and purposeful, I went over some of the commends below and came to the conclusion that there wasn't anything I could add to them, exact maybe that it feels great to be part of such a big world wide community. The fact that many women might be doing the exercises at the same time I am doing them is even more encouraging. So thank you Schellea, and thanks to all of you for your 'company'. Stay healthy.

    This is perfect for me! I call it my lazy workout. 61 next February and you brought me to full power!!! Do many of your workouts each day! I like standing and getting my core engaged too. (thanks to you!) Liked this one because I watched TV while doing it! Didn't feel guilty! 😁 reached my goal weight thanks to you, Shellea!! I will settle for 123lbs. On maintenance now, 4 days instead of 7, lol. Fabulous 60's for me! You rock girl!!! Thank you!!!

    Even though this was a seated workout, I felt the burn in my arms. Very challenging using weights, but I loved it. I will persevere using my weights and eventually upping the weights. Thanks Schellea!

    I would love to see a playlist for seated workouts! Especially bc many who are just starting to workout at an older age don’t have great mobility. This goes for those who are over weight too :) would be an awesome series

    I couldn’t do all the exercises with the weights. I have some shoulder issues but doing them even without the weights was beneficial. I know if I keep at it I will get stronger and will eventually be using the weights all the time. Thanks for another doable, profitable, and encouraging workout.

    19 here just the only space i have to do workouts is my room so sat down is ideal. i love ur enegry and it really helped me to keep going.

    Dear Schellea, thank you for your work out of senior people. I like them very much and doing twice daily (one in the morning and another one in the evening time.) I feel strong and fresh after doing those exercise. Great to have you as a good trainer​ by training not too hard and not too weak.     I just stumbled across this video and I’m so thankful! I do NOT exercise and SHOULD TERRIBLY! This was so inviting to be because it wasn’t scary hard to do. Being that I’m 51 and OUT OF SHAPE! I feel I can do this daily and FEEL proud of myself and MAYBE HOPEFULLY it will make me excited to do more and more! I soooo want to get into shape. My body hurts! THANKFUL FOR SUCH A GREAT INSPIRATION for a out of shape 50’s lady!!!

      Did you ever get tested for candida? I could be the cause of your eczema is this near back on track and some candy in it also and have a lot of issues digestive skin rashes etc.

    I have terrible arthritis in my knees. Your workout allows me to work on my arms while seated, and that is a bonus. I then ride my stationary bike for 30 mins, and I feel great. Your sunny disposition and encouraging words are very inspiring for this 69 year young lady and I thank you ❤️‼️🤞

    Just done this 10 min seated arm workout, 5 minute seated stretch and another 10 minute ab workout.....recovering from a foot operation and waiting to be fitted with a boot for 8 weeks next week when I hope to get back gradually to my former fitness level. In the meantime these sessions are great to make me feel part of the world again. Thank you Schellea. Xxx

I'm sure I had a smile on my face for this 10 minutes~ Used weights for moves, def. not for "exercise 8" at around 9:40 spot-but I have a great excuse: Got flu vaccinated (1st time in my life) yesterday, in fact that is precisely why I chose this arms routine this morning.
