I couldn’t do all the exercises with the weights. I have some shoulder issues but doing them even without the weights was beneficial. I know if I keep at it I will get stronger and will eventually be using the weights all the time. Thanks for another doable, profitable, and encouraging workout.

I just stumbled across this video and I’m so thankful! I do NOT exercise and SHOULD TERRIBLY! This was so inviting to be because it wasn’t scary hard to do. Being that I’m 51 and OUT OF SHAPE! I feel I can do this daily and FEEL proud of myself and MAYBE HOPEFULLY it will make me excited to do more and more! I soooo want to get into shape. My body hurts! Did you ever get tested for candida? I could be the cause of your eczema is this near back on track and some candy in it also and have a lot of issues digestive skin rashes etc.

I have terrible arthritis in my knees. Your workout allows me to work on my arms while seated, and that is a bonus. I then ride my stationary bike for 30 mins, and I feel great. Just done this 10 min seated arm workout, 5 minute seated stretch and another 10 minute ab workout.....recovering from a foot operation and waiting to be fitted with a boot for 8 weeks next week when I hope to get back gradually to my former fitness level. i’m 24 and love these, with a heart condition and limited mobility it really is great to still move
