Hey Heather, that was awesome I am 65 years old soon to be 66 and I can still keep up. Yeah I don’t use as much of the weight that you do. I may do five or 10 less than you do of the weights but I’m still doing a girl. Thank you so much.

Awesome quick but effective workout! I don’t know where you are located but I am in the North Shuswap, BC Canada in the middle of the British Columbia Canada Wildfires and on evacuation but some of us chose to stay and help save our houses in the community. For my mental health I do your shorter workouts to to keep some kind of a routine and normalicy through this disaster. I hope to keep healthy and strong to combat anything that comes at us.
