- Welcome to today's STANDING ABS workout! This is a real quick, 15 minute, ab workout using standing exercises only. We're also going to be adding in some dumbbells today for that added resistance so we can make sure we really burn out that core 🔥

Thanks, Heather! I think it would be great in future standing abs workouts to have some guidance on proper form. The smallest tweak can make the move go from ineffective/not working target area to effective.

Loved this. Fifteen minutes is a great amount of time when ten minutes isn’t quite enough. You just keep filling our needs with your awesome ideas. I am 20 weeks pregnant with my third baby girl. When I saw this come up in my subscriptions, I new it was one I could do! I’ve been working out the Pregnancy and Postpartum TV and while I love her workouts, I would like to do something a little more challenging on my higher energy days. This was perfect with a few modifications. I would love to know if you have a playlist that is safe for pregnancy? I am going to go scoop your channel and see what I can find. I am very familiar with pregnancy modifications so I could always go that as I go. Particularly low impact and of course plank exercises can be done on knees to take pressure off of the abs. Thanks so much for all you do here! It helps so many of us keep fit and healthy 🤗
