Needed this stand up exercises because, I have minimum floor space now, due to some renovations. Appreciate the preview of the next exercise, so I know where to maneuver myself. I like that these exercise are concentrated, can definitely feel this before it was over. Thank you 🏋🏽♀️

This is by far my fave arm workout....great doable challenge and my arms feel as if they're working and muscles are developing.
At first, I thought, "No breaks?! Even with 5-pound weights, this workout is too intensive, and I'm going to suffer afterwards." The next day, all I felt was how strong my back and shoulders were and had a bizarre craving to do the workout again. Thank you, Heather!

I LOVE this new arms toning vid! Have been using the other arms vid, the Tabata one where you're wearing bright green (I actually know a lot of your wardrobe by now - sorry, creepy!) but this one pushed me more I feel and the side flares have definetely helped tone my arms a lot. Still working on the triceps area which is being stubborn but the cellulite is visibly less visible! Yay! I think I have thanked you on every video since Week 1 day 1 but I will continue to thank you! If you were to charge for a workout program count me in! xxx
