    When I began, it was slow going because I’m 88 and don’t want to hurt myself. But slowly i worked up to doing the movements at half speed. And now I’m on my way to go full steam ahead. I’m feeling terrific. Better than I’ve felt in a long time. Thanks!!!!

    I liked that there was no jumping and no stupid talk by you, like "way to go!" - just clear movements and timer. I have bad knees so this is great.

    I really like her low impact/quiet HIIT type options. If you want a 500 cal burn I found something that is working for me in quarantine. Do her 18 min arm video, then do this video, then do her 15 min Flat Abs, then do her Hiit w/ dumbbells! It is about a 90 min workout but I can hit between 500-530 each time and it is fairly quiet . This works for me because I find myself doing my workouts at like 11pm right now since my schedule is all off.

    This workout impressed me because there are a lot of people like me out there who are handicapped and can’t do conventional workouts that put stress on the joints and other parts of the body like our backs, feet, etc. Thank you Heather for putting out an alternative for those of us who still have a need to stay fit but can no longer take the intensity. 👍🏻

    Been doing this workout several times a week for a month by now. I love the “silent” workout and the repeats for each exercise. There is enough variation but also allows me to come back the second time around to do the same exercise better. Thanks, Heather!

    UPDATE from 2 weeks ago... so far I've done this workout 4 times, and I'm shocked to say, that when it ended this fourth time, I wasn't dying the way I was the first or second time!! I didn't think I would see such results/improvement from my first to my fourth time doing this, but DAMN!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! and thank you @Rose from last week, with those encouraging words!!!     Love it! I’m just coming back from a meniscus tear and was able to do this without any irritation to my knee. It was also challenging, which is awesome bc it’s hard to find that in low impact at-home workouts. Thank you!! 💜🙏🏻

    I finished this, but took a million breaks making almost an hr workout! Lol. I’m proud of myself though I pushed through without giving up entirely ☺️ it was def intense and got my heart rate going. I loved it and will continue to do this and finish without taking any breaks! Thank you so much for this awesome HIIT workout that’s knee friendly and without jumping. I’m so drenched but loving it!.

    This has become one of my favorite at-home workouts, at a time when getting to a gym (and now outside - Fall/winter) is more challenging! I love that it is low impact, yet I get my heart rate up and get all sweaty! Best workout in 2020 for me!

    i’ve been super tired lately but i managed to do the first two parts of this workout and i got so tired that i decided to listen to my body and call it a day. I wish i could have finished the whole workout but i am proud of myself for finishing 2/3 of it! i am setting a goal for myself to be able to do this whole workout later this week but today just wasn’t the day! good vibes to everyone reading this and listen to your body!❤️

    Oh my goodness, this workout was hard, especially when it's 86 degrees outside in S. Florida. But, I LOVED it 💕. I've been doing a variety of Heather's workouts since this pandemic started this past March, and they've been extremely effective. My body is leaning out and I'm getting stronger 💪🏼😁. Plus, her music is 100% on point!

    I had to modify a lot of the moves due to my size but I was pushing myself to try the correct form even if it meant taking little 3 second breathers. Great workout. Will use it often and can’t wait to see my progress!

      Me too. I broke my shoulder a couple years back so I can’t do the plank so I modified it so I was doing it standing. Even with the modification I’m drenched lol

    Game changer! Have been struggling with hip joint/si joint/achilles issues and this minimized all that strain that I feel even in a walk around the neighborhood and let me actually workout! It's been so long since I've felt so good! Listened to my body and broke it into two workouts and paid attention to my posture, but was able to DO something!! Thank you so much!

    Perfect for this morning when I was just too tired to give a lot to my workout. I love the lack of chatter during Heather's workouts. I do worry about people who need the form cues, though, especially on her lifting routines.

      Glad you enjoyed it! Yes, for those that are beginners or do not have experience with proper form my channel may not be the best place to start! I would recommend Pop Sugar or Fitness Blender for those that need more verbal cues! :)

    I've incorporated heather's workouts into my daily routine for a few months and I really appreciate her pace. At first I wondered if I would like just listening to the music without commentary and most of the time, i do! Hearing someone to tell me to "go! go! go!" and "give it your all!" over and over gets exhausting. These workouts allow me to listen to my body and push when I've got gas in the tank and take it back when I don't, without feeling any pressure. I also appreciate all the low impact workouts! I want the high intensity without the impact jarring my body and Heather delivers great workouts! The music is always good too, nice beats without being ramped up.

    So here's the thing, I did this workout 3 months ago and I could barely get through 3 minutes of this without any additional rest. I stumbled upon Pamela's exercise and I figured I'd give it a try. I tried her beginner ones until I found out that she had 30-minute program and been doing it for over a month now. Today, I did this workout again and I am freaking out for being able to do this all the way without additional pauses!! I really appreciate this during my "lazy" days and thank you for this. :)

    I have really grown to love your workout! I have been using them since January and can already tell a difference of how I can move my body better during the workout.
    I have issues with my sacrum which makes some leg exercises tough, but yours have really been helping me continue to move in the mornings!

    Usually I DON'T like "low impact" workouts, but since I didn't wait long enough after my meal to workout, I had to "settle" for low impact. I LOOOVEEEED THIS WORKOUT!!! It is sooo easy to transform as well. I incorporated light weights in some moves and little jumps in others. It is a GREAT workout for everyone!! Thank you so much! 🙏 ☺️

    I hurt my knee and I am avoiding workouts with lunges & squats (substituting where needed). I wore a 12-lb. weighted vest and 1-lb. wrist weights, and the sweat I worked up was GLORIOUS. Adding this to my list of favorites!

    I was looking for a workout I could do while recovering from lower back injury. With some modifications this worked great. A minute warmup and cool down would be a nice addition.

    Heather, you are a Godsend to me. Can't do the jumping and stuff any longer but still need to have a heart pumping workout and this is literally what the doctor ordered. Thank you for helping me & us in our healthy journeys!
