- Today's low impact fat burning HIIT workout will target every major muscle group and will get that heart rate up with no jumping - so your joints and your neighbors will be happy :) We have 12 different low impact exercises to power through - 2 rounds of each. I managed to do the exercise session, 47-year-old woman, menopausal, obese...I extended the breaks by a total of 6 minutes, but I still finished everything. I feel fantastic!

Me too! I hate when trainers say "ooh it's getting hard now or ok it's getting painful now!" It's like, don't remind me! And then I want to quit because I remember that it burns it hurts lol
I've decided that i am going to use just Heathers' workouts for my transformation. I enjoy her workouts the most. I believe that i can get the body i want with Heather.

I’m coming to the realization of this as well. Out of all of the CZcams workouts I’ve tried (a ton), her’s seem the most effective and I actually feel like I’m building muscle. When I can’t make it to my CrossFit classes her workouts are great substitute because they similar to the CrossFit classes.
I'm glad you're saying this. I was actually going to try a ton, but I have found her and I thought "Why looking for more?". I was having a hard time finding good low impact hiit workouts, and not only she has done a lot, but she has also done a video explained how to transform from High to Low. Super cool!

Heather is amazing. I used to try different peoples workouts but she has surpassed my expectations on all levels. Best workouts ever. Challenging and never boring. I also love that she doesn’t have to talk during the workout. She’s also extremely easy on the eyes. Some instructors are in full makeup which I just can’t take seriously. My favourite workout! I have been doing it 2 times a week for the past 2 or 3 months (I usually workout 4 times a week so I pick something else from your playlists on those days or I go climbing) and I see definition in places I never thought I would! I would be happy to see more routines like this one-silent, low impact yet definitely challenging.

very effective workout. I love the exercises, that there is no jumping arround, no talking in between and just some seconds (not to long gaps) in between the exercises. Perfect workout for me.

I'm glad we have these workouts as I have an ankle injury from all the jumping it's very painful but I was still sweating doing this, better than nothing I always say.
I just wanna say Thank you. There are a lot of workouts out there and I’ve tried them all. I’ve had 2 ACL surgeries, multiple sprained ankles (some severe), part of my meniscus in both knees have been removed and this is the first time I was able to do a workout without struggling from my past injuries. I recently developed peroneal fasciitis and this is the best low impact workout I’ve ever done. My fiancé even got me a workout plan but I couldn’t do it. Thank you so much for this

Love it! As I get older my knees get madder at me with anything jump related. This exercise gives you the burn and good sweats without jumping or jarring your joints. Love it Heather! You inspire me to be trainer!!
