I've heard the first story before BUT on this runthrough something kinda clicked.
She makes out as if this girlfriend is just some unemployed loser who's leeching off of her perfect man. But, from the sounds of it, she is clearly a successful/semi-successful streamer if she is able to buy and plan all of these things for her boyfriend.
So, she takes care of her parents (and gets paid for it), takes care of her own home, does a lot of hobbycraft/artsy stuff, AND manages a streaming platform.

OP in story 2 had an update. It wasn't what we were hoping for sadly. She found out her bf and those hooligans he calls friends too hallucinogenic drugs, were tripping and doing stupid shit when that other woman opened the door.
She told him she didn't want to see the lady friend again. He cut off contact with them. His friends seemingly apologize for their part and apparently he stepped up.
