OP said majority are Narcissists so they care alot about appearances, thus a court case and sentencing won't look good for either side, so took their "vengence" in a different form (Malicious passive agressive compliance on part of Grandma, and disinheriting by OPs dad of Stepmomster and kids) but all that money spent after yrs, plus OPs trauma experienced could've been saved with one phone call that night.

I'm 100% in agreeance with you, but would point out that this behavior is not at all uncommon.
In many cultures, piercing a child's ears is considered "normal"... those are some backwards cultures, you don't modify someone else's body for aesthetic reasons. They can rationalize it all they want with excuses, but bodily autonomy takes precedence every time, even with children.
Cutting her hair, while less severe, follows the same principle. Not your hair, not your business. I know some brides want a specific look for their wedding, and styling is a fair accommodation. But to bleach, straighten and cut it is way too far, especially for young girls who hang a lot of their self-worth on their hair.
Trying to force a toddler on a diet for non-medical reasons is frankly abuse if she's not a qualified Nutritionist (and she wasn't, she was a drop-out former babysitter), and even if she was it's still highly questionable. A wedding would never be sufficient reason for that.
Compression fitting a child to a dress with duct tape - that's straight up abuse.
Demanding she get her baby teeth straightened. Beyond being pointless & unnecessary, that's expensive. Funny how the unemployed person is comfortable throwing around thousands of dollars of other people's money.
Getting a child drunk on champagne until she's hung-over the next day is again abuse.

Great Grandma was handing out quarter million dollar checks like party favors at her funeral, so it really says something to marry into a family like that, raise children in the family and still end up destitute. I suspect if she was a half-way decent person, she'd have managed just fine.

a similar thing happened to me as a child. My grandmother put a relaxer in my hair to straighten it while I was visiting for the summer. She left the chemicals in my hair for HOURS and my scalp was burning (you're only supposed to leave them in for 15-20 minutes!!). ]
Long story short, 80% of my hair fell out and my scalp was damaged and still is. She was a bitter old lady and didn't like my mother and was against their marriage. When I went back home at the end of the summer, my mother saw me the second my foot exited the car and broke down crying. I had no clue what was going on. My grandma put on her "confused poor old lady" act and to this day, my scalp is still damaged and my hair doesn't grow much

To be fair, before any updates, she was planning on going along with her younger sister and helping her mother financially. But then she went to therapy and realized what garbage her mother truly was. I just hope the younger sister realizes that she shouldn't wasts a dime on that devil soon.

Just to clarify, they weren't step siblings but 1/2 siblings. All 4 the kids had the same father.
Dad was a predator yes. Mom was also an abuser who is responsible for her own actions as an adult. She abused his daughter. She also abused him financially (not allowing him to support his daughter). Mom needs to face her consequences.

The sister/OP's Father was not a good person but was not predator....The sister/last OP's Father was 16 when she was born, when she was 4 her divorced her Mother, so he would have 20, the stepmonster was 18....there is only a 2 year age difference, but it sounds bad the way it was written. Glad the sister/last OP had her Grandmother and Great Grandmother who always cared for her. But this story stands as a perfect example of high school age kids having kids themselves and what messed up thing they can do to these children.
