Adding context to the appendix part of the video:
The function of the appendix is unknown. One theory is that the appendix acts as a storehouse for good bacteria, “rebooting” the digestive system after diarrheal illnesses. Other experts believe the appendix is just a useless remnant from our evolutionary past.

In fairness vaginal PH is a legit concern. However just rinsing off with plain water after your bubble bath is enough to deal with it you don't need to use a tampon every time you take a bath. In fact overusing tampons is more likely to lead to bacterial vaginosis or yeast infection than just taking a bubble bath

And even in such cases, it must be made clear the direness of their actions. If you don’t explain, the punishment doesn’t work. “This is only a tiny fraction of the pain you would’ve felt if one of those cars had hit you you’d been kidnapped after bolting away from us.”

Gonna say, with the mom who says very vaguely that she found "drugs" in her daughter's room, and that the dad "wouldn't be reasonable," I'm wondering if it was a prescription. Maybe even mental health related. That would make sense why she KNOWS the husband won't listen to her.
I only have this theory because it's exactly what would have happened when *I* was a teen. My stepmom HATED medication of any kind, insisted they were the same as "street drugs," and actually took me off of several prescribed medications against doctor's orders, but my dad never really seemed to have her back on it. He didn't fight her too much over it, but he would have been "unreasonable" by her perspective.

If mom has told on numerous times family to not kiss her child then she is getting her point across in a non harmful way. Though honestly mom should also not allow said family members to interact with child until family members follow direction. Heads up if a mom says not to touch her child then you don't touch the child, consent matters.

As 5 very dement grandmas prove every other shift of mine and if they are particularly motivated we don't really have another option but to put the strap under the pit instead of the shoulder for the transfer. (We cant restrain anyone legally but if grandma Jean is wanting to walk out the back of the ambulance in the middle of the Highway we have to do sth. It works but a motivated toddler can learn to escap that it's also not exactly the safest option. The belt works way better if you put it over your shoulder. in my time and age, decades before Game of Thrones, it was Hokuto no Ken, a really iconic anime from Tetsuo Hara and Buronson, extremely violent and with very adult contents.
it was the 80s, and back then most parents still went by the assumption that "if it's a cartoon, then it's ok for kids"...
long story short, this anime was a rude awakening for a huge number of parents, who asked and obtained a strong censorship (albeit late) on the opera.
to be honest, my generation was more traumatized by their families' reactions than the toon itself, but that was mainly because it was, indeed, a toon: drawn people doing stuff in a drawn world, and we were perfectly aware that what we were seeing wasn't real, nor possible/acceptable in real life.
I may be wrong, but I have a feeling that a tv show, with real actors and the level of contemporary sfx, has a whole different impact on a kid...

However, taking a bath will not affect it if you're not using stuff like bath bombs (which you shouldn't be using on a baby anyway). The thing that will affect it is putting soap directly inside the opening. That's the point where it is an internal organ and can clean itself. You can wash the lips, just not the hole.
    Edited to add:
As people in the replies pointed out, if you're washing there or around there with anything but water, make sure it is safe to put there. Gentle non-perfumed soaps/products made for that purpose. Don't try to wash the inside at all.
