    Hi Nicole, I've been practicing Pilates with you almost daily for almost two years and loving it! I have a request! I injured my foot recently and will most likely be having surgery with a period of no weight bearing for at least 2 months. I would love to see more Pilates videos, especially Full Body practices that do not require us to be on our feet! And a playlist of them, because even before the injury, I sometimes would rather not be on my feet! Thank you for all you so beautifully and graciously offer to the world!

I received an atlas adjustment in my neck two weeks ago, and then yesterday, a series of hands on chiropractic adjustments to help propagate the new atlas alignment through the body.
