@@fraderz they do have a nervous system, it’s just too primitive to process pain. It still would have known that something was very wrong leading to it entering a panicked state. I don’t know about lobsters, but the hormones released during panic have been said to negatively affect the taste of fish so I think it’d be better to dispatch it the moment they wanted to start preparing. I’d understand it a bit more if they wanted to use the head as a plate decoration.

Did you even watch it all, they deep fired the brains and ate it, that’s why sometimes they don’t chop through it’s head. They just sit him in ice water till it’s numb and doesn’t know what’s going on. Even more so they bled this one which is even better. Ontop of all that it’s still just a lobster, there have been multiple studies done on crustaceans that suggest that they do not feel sensations like pain the same way mammals do.

Exactly. This restaurant is Singapore style but no one in Singapore will cook fresh lobster in this way. The heavy sauce cover the whole lobster and it is absolutely wasted. First wrong is "fried" the lobster, second mistake is using heavy sauce.
