Terrible cook. Little attention to detail. A shame for such lobster. Mellon poorly peeled. Cheap mayonnaise, excessive and placed childishly on top. Didn't kill the lobster correctly before boiling, it was monstrous. And the tackiest decoration, no notion of less is more - a rose? The only plus was the meat's point of cooking.
People are complaining about the value, but I don't see anyone concerned that this dude sliced open both hands breaking into those claws at 11:30. Chef is clearly bleeding into both gloves.
I absolutely respect how the chefs cook, but where I come from you learn to cut a melon in the way it wont waste anything because this shit is too good. And the way the dude cuts it just bugs me off because the center pulp and flesh could really easily be separated from the filaments and seeds with another cutting way

The lobster salad i used to eat use lychee nit dragon fruit. It use expensive fruit to match the lobster and it's very delicious. I feel like this lobster salad is such a waste of good lobster

Wow, what an excellent job and a fantastic meal. Mouth watering! Amazing. For me, I'd choose seafood garnish over flowers. As for the majo, I'd mix it 50/50 with sour cream and serve it aside with boats of lemon, Vienna stick and butter to go. Nice.
