I notice one thing in most Pep interviews, is that he knows how small the margins are for success. That's why he never takes his past success too seriously & is always grounded. He knows even after going 10 years without a UCL final, there were many tiny margins that stood between his teams reaching the final & going out in the semis & quarters. Love his attitude towards these gigantic games (UCL finals). He tries to play them down & makes it look like a normal evening for him. The fact that people demand him to reach a UCL final every year shows what a great manager he is.
