    I love his brutal honesty. Managers have become robotic with their pre-packaged media friendly answers. It's a breath of fresh air to see someone so open and honest.

But I do wonder how long can TT keep up with his honest and straight to the point answers.     First time I’ve heard him interviewed. I’m a Liverpool fan but I think Chelsea fans will be happy with him. This interview shows more about the man than I have known in years of seeing him at PSG etc. Seems Uber intelligent and interested in the club and youth.

      When PSG lost 1st leg to Dortmund in Champions league,he started writing strategy for the return leg while on the plane back from Dortmund. By the time they touched down in Paris, he had completed a new game plan to shut down Haaland, by the time they played 2nd leg they beat Dortmund 2-0 and Haaland was kept in a cage entire match.That's how methodical Tuchel is,his work ethic is 2nd to none.

    His response on Timo and Kai, that the boys were brave enough to step out of their comfort zone and go to EPL, especially Chelsea, the man is a manager and leader proper. In fact his views on Development, Back 3 vs Back 4(formation), the Youth and Development...and the response on his 18 month’s contract, Tochel knows what to say, knows his story!
