I love his brutal honesty. Managers have become robotic with their pre-packaged media friendly answers. It's a breath of fresh air to see someone so open and honest.
generally speaking germans are very honest and blunt. Total opposite of the light and soft american chat
It's a German thing; they are generally blunt and honest
It is refreshing - makes him quite likeable. Would also agree that it is a common characteristic of a German having worked with a few myself
And a good thing is on his honesty, we seen a humble and grounded man. Some managers are blunt and looks like arrogant over the cloud.
He speaks better than most English managers, honest, and to the point. Not many others would’ve admitted to his initial contract concerns
Agree. Good for audience to hear such an honest and detailed interview in which we can learn a lot of things. Not a boring ‘on the surface’ kind of answers like many other managers
Agree, very smart guy. Surprisingly charismatic as well.
No he does not. But his accent is very cool.
@@mediacenterman8583 I can understand him better than Jamie carragher though 😂😂

I look at Tuchel, all I can remember is when he broke his leg at PSG and was sitting on some sort of chair on the touchline all animated with crutches
He is always loved by players.
he was sitting on the cooler😂😂😂

The charisma of Thomas Tuchel is something else innit.
its an involuntary reaction to have deep respect for him
And he says it as it, no BS with guy.

It's a German thing👍
Yo Neymar sunny innit
I prejudged him when he was at PSG without ever seeing an interview. Foolish of me. He seems a great guy
They all do in the first few months, he was smug before uniteds b team beat them, not so smug afterwards
Rio interviewed him before united played them in the knockouts , he was a nice guy then

Rio is one of the most respectable english pundits because there are no agendas with him, he looks at the positives. The only one I haven't seen crying about Lampards sacking

Rio's not even biased. He respects every club despite being a United player
@Old Skool ratiod
💯. And this is despite the fact that he is one of Lamps' closest friends. True professional and really engaging in interviews
@Old Skool They've been close ever since their West Ham days.
Thought Lampard was good at interviews but this guy! He’s on a different level.
Lampard was very good at giving the right answers, he’s articulate. TT is more honest and emotional with his response in my opinion.
@@boopdeeb9444 Lampard knew the guys he was being asked questions by so it sounded like he knew what to say, I hear Tuchel talking about depth & orchestra’s it’s just so easy to understand what he’s trying to do.
@@delvinj7375 I think lampard is just intelligent in general, he understands the nature of British press and how toxic it can be. He gives the correct and often pr answer most of the times. But I do wonder how long can TT keep up with his honest and straight to the point answers. It’s all good when we’re winning and things are going his ways. how will he handles it, when the media inevitably becomes toxic

Tuchel's interviews show he's just more thoughtful and intelligent than your average premier league manager
One of the best managers in the world. Still can't believe he manages my club now.
I wanted us to sack Fraudteta to get Tuchel but our delusional fanbase are a lost cause, congrats Tuchel is quality.
@@patchh15 I think Arteta will become a good manager in the future but no way should he be managing Arsenal right now. I think guys would be scary with Bielsa or Sarri.

Sorry For The Bad Spelling Mistakes
Its not ur Club lol
My immediate impression is that he is levels above Lampard. He not use unnecessary words. He just explains the reality of the situation

Sounds like a very good coach knows what he's talking about
German managers are the best in the world right now there's no doubt. Last season in the CL semi final 3 out of 4 managers were German, 2 in the final.

Yh man I feel a conte in him. If we had him from the start of the season then there would’ve been a big possibility we could’ve been in the title race
I think Roman is planning like what he done several years ago, like he bought mourinho and I see the same with tuchel after 3-4 years he bought in ancelotti and I compare that to Lampard, I think Lampard will come back after he gets he’s experience and he learns and that’s why I see similarities in ancelotti and Lampard then mourinho and tuchel. Hopefully lads we will see him pick up that trophy next season 🏆💙

Sarri and suffer shouldn't be in same sentence. Sarri laid out the platform we play on now..
@@saraha2250 I was talking about what his favorite things to say in press conferences was. It was something I always thought was most likely lost in translation from Italian as Conte used to say it too. Lampard and Tuchel have a unique and effortless way to deal with questions and reporters.
One of the best interviews I've seen.
I love how he says ‘we’ instead of ‘I’ acknowledging his coaching staff. So humble 😍😍👌
I loved Frank Lampard too much as a player that when he got the sack, i immediately didnt like Tuchel.
Everytime i hear Tuchel speak, im glad Chelsea appointed him.
Tbh lampard should've stuck it out at Derby. Who knows, he could have been winning the league this year like Gerrard
Lampard got fired because he's not good enough, nothing to do with hiring Tuchel
He can make People to follow and to fight in a effective way. He is a leader, a alpha. He is a brain.
What a fantastic interview. So much charisma, confidence and class. Seems like a genius too. A lot of these genius managers sometimes are the reason for the own downfall... will be interesting to see what he does at Chelsea
Not a Chelsea fan, but TT seems awesome and a huge step forwards from Frank. I wish Lampard well. I hope he learns his trade and returns.

I rate Tuchel massively, he is a top tactician and seems like a very real and nice guy. He will do well for Chelsea
Tuchel is an underrated manager! He got PSG to the champions league final last season! That should say enough!!
Yea u are so right really smart

As a Chelsea fan I haven’t been this confident with the coach since Conte. I trust Tuchel and believe he will be successful if board gives him time and the squad he wants.
True, same here before Conte , Mou, and Carlo...
Very excited about this man TT
mans a different breed the way he analyses opponents
When PSG lost 1st leg to Dortmund in Champions league,he started writing strategy for the return leg while on the plane back from Dortmund. By the time they touched down in Paris, he had completed a new game plan to shut down Haaland, by the time they played 2nd leg they beat Dortmund 2-0 and Haaland was kept in a cage entire match. That's how methodical Tuchel is,his work ethic is 2nd to none.
Who's here after Chelsea won the Champions league?
Tuchel speaks so well.
Tuchel seems like a really nice guy. Hope he stays in the premier league for longer
Not really heard many managers in England speak this way. So eloquent and willing to give more information. They appear honest. Good luck to him.
The way Tuchel talks about football makes Lampard sound like a random bloke from the pub who got the job. Love Lampard, but honestly Tuchel shows more love for the Chelsea academy than he ever did
what a humble and honest guy generally managers and players refuse to answer these kind of questions.
I love the fact he’s aware that switching formations and systems all the time isn’t always the right way to go. It’s handy, but we shouldn’t need to switch too much
Wow, what an interview. As a CFC fan all his interviews has been great in detail and analysis but this one was captivating. Really looking forward to what Touchel brings to CFC based how he feels and sees football. Good on thr board selecting another gem of a manager

His response on Timo and Kai, that the boys were brave enough to step out of their comfort zone and go to EPL, especially Chelsea, the man is a manager and leader proper.
