He gets tagged with a bad name as "difficult". But I never hear any of his players say a bad word about him. He may not satisfy everyone's wishes but he gets his players to play for him with everything they have. That's the mark of a great coach. Sir Alex was a prime example

I love this guy so much! Intelligent and likeable at the same time!
People say Tuchel doesn't have footballing emotions like jurgen klopp but i think he has everything from emotion to passion of experiencing football. He wants his players to play like when they were young, playing for fun but doing everything to win. We were always like this when we played and watched the beautiful game and Thomas Tuchel is just bringing that emotion to teams he manages.
