Zidane, for me, is my all time favourite player. I saw him live once, for France, and he was a magician. He's a big man but could just glide across the pitch, and literally had everything in his prime. Speed, technique, ability, power, backed up with this underlying aggression and with a nasty streak, I always thought he defied physics, the way he moved, the way he played.

Personally being from Scotland and luckily being at the champions league final at Hampden I will never forget that zidane volley it was special. As a child my first ever football hero was maradona , I was 7 for italia 90 but I of course seen videos of maradona before then too. I can watch these two talk for hours. god damn the humbleness of Leo, I have never seen such an accomplished player be so humble. Pele, Maradona, Cristiano all were great players but they all had some sense of arrogance, but Leo has zero arrogance about his accomplishments. and damn his tactical view of football is too good, hope we will see him as manager some day. thanks for existing Leo Messi.

Es increíble que el mejor jugador de la historia del deporte más grande de todos se comporte de esa manera durante toda su carrera. Teniendo los pergaminos para ser egocéntrico y que literalmente ningún jugador en la historia pueda decirle algo, él decide comportarse como alguien que recién debutó en primera división.
