Trust me, its still a big drop, the camera makes it look smaller. I went there two days ago, it was my first log flume 😂😂

In my opinion,i think this is possibly the happiest atmosphere ever.
Well, that's a huge improvement. It's been looking very tired for over a decade now! I'm happy they worked on the station too.
I have been on this ride, and BOY, this was fun, it was the first log flume-like water ride i had been on and i loved it, fantastic.

i love the renovated design of this ride!!! it looks much more sleek and less outdated. however, with an updated ride brings bigger crowds and i preferred when this was a pretty unknown section of the park. i would always go in this 5 times in a row, without having to queue no longer than 2 minutes. now, you have to wait an hour tops for one of the most chilled flume rides i've ever ridden.
My dad kept rocking the boat on this and I cried

I wouldn't say they've improved the area. In my opinion it looks literally the same as what it was before they started work on it...

The drop looks smaller ... obviously it’s the same ride so it’s not lol... think they could have painted the carriages to make it look fresh but I do love a waterchute x

It does look smaller but maybe it looks that way because of the arch thing :)

The tunnel before the big lift hill is so ugly. I wish the track at the top of the lift hill was resting on a giant rock. The rest is done pretty well.

Yeah the top section needs theming, it looks rubbish. No-one wants to see the gloomy British sky, it'd be nice even if they just put some foliage up there.
Wow this ride has been revamped a lot considering this ride opened in 1987 But used to love this right once but now I can’t because I’m scared of heights I used to go on dragon river with my school we never went through a cave though once we went down the waterfall and their was no bridge either Chessingtoon in my opinion has to be one of the best ever theme parks also it’s local too me as well. It must not of been busy that day as not many on the ride.

To be honest the best log flume from merlin is by far tidal wave because when they say tidal wave they AINT LYING
With a name like Thorpe Park Nerd I'd expect you to know Tidal Wave isn't a log flume XD

We attended the media preview last week. Weather was a lot beter this weekend though!

I got stuck on the conveyor belt right before the first drop
they stop that in order to keep the space between the boats
Kyle Todd no all of them stopped and there was an announcement and there was a special needs or disabled person in front of us who was having a fit and wouldn’t get off the boat cuz they were actually on the conveyor belt and we were just in front of it but the one behind us banged into us and we got whiplash

I personally think this is alot better. although the "forbidden east" theming was a great idea, it wasn't well executed.
I also think that the tigers are lovely it's really fun to watch them. but the ride is pretty much the same.
the station is also alot better (the audio in the station is gorgeous and they've still kept that asian vibe)
I was at chessington yesterday and we went to ride tiger rock but people were stuck due to lack of water at the top of the massive drop. But trust me don't let that stop u from riding it/it is a great roller coaster water slide thing

Tiger Rock has a minimum height restriction of 1.2m, but children shorter than 1.3m must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 16.

Tigers are found in Buddhist countries, so it still fits in.

Me and my family were about to go on this ride then we had to get off because there was a breakdown
I went on this with my mom dad and cousin we went on vampire , Monkey swings ( I got drenched ) I saw no tigers in the cage when I went on this but It was amazing!
Why do they still have the Buddha Statue?!
Put some foliage on top of the Tomb Blaster roof or theme it in some way and it'd be a lot better!

Hello, This ride looks very interesting, me and my family were going to go this weekend, but then realised it would be packed as it had just opened. Also just wondering has anyone been to Jurassic Park if so please reply and tell me your reviews. Only recently been to Thorpe Park and enjoyed it a lot! Although wasn't that many rides for children, Although Angry Bird land and many more are suitable for under 1.5. Hopefully you believe my review and check out Thorpe Park yourself, Thank you for this video, that is showing me the new ride at Chessington Park, I will definitely visit this ride before the end of the month. xx

Abi Powell yes, I am. And for Thorpe park, I have been there but I haven't been there to any rides. But it was a fun experience! I also went to Jurassic Park, I looked at animals and sure a great time to spend with family.
I went on this today the drop at the end was so fun but scary i went on buckaneer before it and it was so scary i thought i was going to fall out it went so high😂

We queued for this ride then as soon as we got on a boat, the ride broke down so we didn’t get to go on it 💀

Bro On this ride today (I wasnt on it) Some little boy wouldn't get off the ride so they had to do an emergency evacuation thingie to get people off
RIP i also nearly broke my finger because i was on the kobra ride at 1000000x speed i couldn't see because my hair was in my face because it was down and my dads hat fell of luckily still on the ride and he squeezed my hand soooo hard i nearly broke my pinky i was like OW

I saw a real fox at Chessington
The level of noise, the screaming etc. The tigers should NOT be in that environment. I was shocked to see this yesterday and ashamed that I bought my son a Merlin pass.
