Is there a roller coaster you guys DON'T love? I have such a blast watching/listening to you have such a blast!
We do love them all! 😂 Well, not really... but we mostly post about the ones we like!
@@themeparkreview which ones have you posted that you didn’t like?
Zamperla Volare springs to mind!
Riddler mind bender, bashed my leg on the restraint
I went to santa Clara great america it was crazy
When a grown man says "Weeeeeeeeeee" you know its fun
Its even funnier after a gummy
respect to these guys for holding onto the camera the entire time going 100 mph
He probably has it on an attachment
It’s mounted
@@Jambiswag dang you got 114k congrats
It’s wrist mounted I’m pretty sure or chest
It’s obviously a joke guys
Kudos to this man and his wife for going on all these rides!
I could never
I could go in everything here. Yes I have been on everything here
@@12carmenards Kudos to you too!
I’m too scared, not scared of like dying, like just the speed I don’t like it 😭😭😭
@@Xic0nicLiliana1 I’m just scared of the heights
Wdym kudos? It's literally fun....
Who else watched this smiling the whole time and feeling like they was on the rides?!😂😅😊
Me
Me too 🎉
I was dying.
On the Superman coaster, he said, "Oh man, think I greyed out there. Then directly after. "Wee!"🤣
I love when he said wee lol😂
I love these POV videos because I don't like the actual rollercoasters myself and I must say your videos are some of my favorites. The commentary (no idea how you do that while riding lol) is awesome, great camera work too. Thank you from a "couch rollercoaster rider"😂❤
Gotta love El Toro! 🎢
This is my home park. We used to take field trips here in junior high & high school. I remember batman opening in the late 90’s when I was still in HS & it is still my fave to this day!
❤❤❤❤
I love Nitro!!! Just fun no panic, no sweat...only pure joy!!!!.
One day I'll definitely organise a US trip just for this park, Kinda Ka really is one of the things I need to experience in my life haha
I'd wait until Cedar Point opens back up Top Thrill Dragster and do that refreshed version of it. There is one in Europe, Red Force at Ferrari Land. though it's LSM launch, not hydraulic and isn't as tall.
It looks INSANELY FUN!
El Toro and Nitro are the best coasters at this park and its not even close.
Call me a lier but when i was ten king da ka was my first ride
It’s SO worth it, trust me! This is my home park
16:36 "i think i grayed out or somethinggggg weeeeeeee"💀🤣 Those pretzel loops are so intense!! Awesome video, seemed like a super fun day!
😂😂😂😂
Wow! What a rush. The Joker ride would be too much for me, even on an empty stomach. The Superman ride was certainly novel in its positioning of the riders as if they were flying.
The Batman ride in fiesta texas is crazier than the on here
I love Superman ride, soo much fun! 🎂
I've been on the joker. terrifying. My heart dropped every time it flipped. Would I ride again though? Absolutely
@@rmg9387I’ve been on that! It’s the same thing!
The batman in over texas goes alot faster than this one I believe its a lot crazier than shown in the video and the joker there barely flipped when I rode it so to me joker was just mid.
I love this channel. When riding these coasters, the best seats are the back rows where you get a 'whipping effect' over the lift hill/first drop.
explain??
@@septbaabywhen you're going over a hump/bend into a big drop, the train (each cart) must all be going at the same speed. Because of this, cars in the front will go over part of the drop much slower, so it doesn't feel as if you are accelerating as fast/as long. On the contrary, the back cars will still be going up while the very front is beginning the drop. Because of this, the cars towards the back have this "whipping" or "catapult" sensation where it feels like a much faster acceleration. In theory it sounds marginal (or at least how in explaining it), but once you ride one of these coasters in the front and then the back you will 100% understand what he is referring to :) hope this helps
Because the front cars have to wait for the back cars to "catch up", so you technically have more time going fast/free falling feeling in the back carts
@@jdwilliams4821 thank you for responding
Nope. Thank you for sharing these. I'm way too afraid but it's fun experiencing these from the safety of my living room! ❤
Trust me they get tested everyday and are more safer than your car !
@@noyesnohaha Except for that one park where the steel separated on one of the Bends, on the tall support structure! I forget which park. Not so long ago.
@@easye5653 that coaster was VERY old, artifact coaster and sometimes it’s just pressure when the coaster goes round and the it relies on the sand inside the supports to take that pressure.pressure explodes internally.takes a VERY long time for this to happen
@@easye5653 acting like thousands of car accidents dont happen every day lmao
Bro that was the same for me before. But you just have to go on ONE rollercoaster. I went on Medusa and was never afraid. After that I went to Nitro, Kingda Ka, El Toro and Batman. Go on a big rollercoaster ONCE and you will never be afraid again
I love this park. Nitro was the first ever real coaster I rode
It was called Chang and was located at Kentucky Kingdom in Louisville. It opens at Great Adventure in 2011 and is indeed, an awesome ride!
He knows
@@jerseyharlot He said to put it in the comments
I still kinda remember it there. It was a cool ride. Empty line. Rode it a few times in a row
Incorrect, it’s Great Wolf from Six Flags Great America in Chicago, but it then went to Kentucky Kingdom as Chang and then it was moved again to Six Flags Great Adventure as Green Lantern
I live in ky and it was a really cool coaster
El toro is awsome!!! I havent been on a roller coaster in like 10 years. Now i wanna go again!
That would be my dream job - Ride and review coasters all season long!
Amazingly! What an outstanding attraction for the roller coasters at Six Flags: Great Adventure.
I'll say very outstanding roller coasters there, wow just absolutely wow I'm very impressed with em! Superman always at any theme park same exact layout, still a very fun ride though for sure and it packs a punch
Yeah. I go there a lot. This place is the best.
Awesome.
WOW! I’m feeling dizzy just watching from home…how did you survive?!?
It's been a decade since I rode these coasters....oh how I miss them, esp KingdaKa and ElToro.
LOVE😍 SixFlagsGreatAdvNJ😍
ThankYou for sharing❤️🤗
Whenever I ride Nitro I usually get front row seats it’s amazing.
Did a little research for you on the Green Lantern Coaster. Found this on Wikipedia:
Green Lantern, formerly known as Chang, is a stand-up roller coaster located at Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson Township, New Jersey. Green Lantern stands 155 feet (47 m) tall and features a top speed of 63 miles per hour (101 km/h). The 4,155-foot-long (1,266 m) ride features five inversions and a duration of approximately 21⁄2 minutes. This steel coaster was designed and built by Swiss manufacturer Bolliger & Mabillard.
The ride originally operated at Kentucky Kingdom in Louisville, Kentucky from 1997 to 2009, where it was known as Chang. Upon opening in 1997, it set world records for this type of coaster in height, drop, speed, length and number of inversions. The introduction of the ride caused Kentucky Kingdom to achieve record attendance levels. After Six Flags abandoned Kentucky Kingdom in 2009, the ride was relocated to Six Flags Great Adventure. The ride debuted in 2011 as Green Lantern, replacing the former Great American Scream Machine roller coaster.
I really want to visit this park now to ride all of these great coasters!
As someone who struggles stomaching coasters these videos make me want to conquer my fear 10/10 keep uo the great work!!! Huge fan!!!
Camera work is terrific! Nice job! Love the comments as you ride too. Look forward to watching more of your videos!
My top SFGDV coaster. From worst to first!
1. Runaway Mine Train - Kids ride. Some very rough turns and hills.
2. Skull Mountain - Ride in the dark is kind of cool, but fairly short. Not very intense.
3. Dark Knight - Ride in the dark also. It has some fun hills toward the end, so I rate it slightly higher the Skull.
4. Harley Quinn Crazy Train - This is the best kid coaster they have. Smoother than mine train. And longer ride experience than Skull and Dark Knight
5. Green Lantern - It has a nice ride layout and I like the loops. But standing up is not as fun and can be uncomfortable. Contains some headbanging.
6. Joker - Very intense experience. Surprisingly smooth despite all the flipping around. Only problem is it is about 30 seconds long.
7. Superman Great Escape: Flying is fun. Intense pretzel loop with lots of Gs. Problem is after this pretzel loop the rest of the ride isn't quite as good.
8. Batman the Ride - Intense and a smooth ride. Lots of G force. I like it a little better than Superman.
9. Medusa - It is like Green Lantern, but much better. It is floorless and ride experience is very smooth. It has 7 loops. Not too intense a ride, but fun.
10. Kingda Ka - Yes, very short, but the speed and height is just insane. Most intense coaster experience in the park, despite it being short.
11. Jersey Devil - I love the unique ride elements this ride offers. Arguably the ride with the most wicked, and fun turn around.
12. Nitro - It has everything I like in a coaster. Height, speed, smooth, comfortable restraints, great drop, awesome airtime, etc.
13. El Toro - The intensity is on another level. You literally get thrown off your seat! There is never a dull moment on this ride.
Cool stuff wooden rollercoasters are wicked 👌
Chang at Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom and was the first “Large Scale” coaster I ever rode!!
Jersey Devil looks so fun! I'm gonna try to convince my mom to take me before summer ends.
Greetings from Australia. I have not ridden any rollercoaster since a child. I had a bad experience at Sydney's luna park. That was in the 70 s. I love watching /riding from the front seat, safely with no trauma. Thank you for the experience.
That El Toro looks like one sweet wooden coaster…👍🏼👍🏼
El torro looks AMAZING
That was insane, the fact that they stood up
The twisty bits, love it 😂
my first experience with a standing rollercoaster was the Shockwave in Kings Dominion in Virginia. This was like 30 years ago. Special place in my heart. “Welcome to the Shockwave…….Later.”
I was just at six flags great adventure today I’ve been on Kingda ka twice this time and last year it almost felt like nothing this year but nitro is absolutely crazy I almost black out every time and I’ve been on it 3 times today the upwards helix is absolutely insane and it’s just an insane roller coaster every single ride.
Next July 4th Mine Train will be 50 YEARS OLD. WOW. I remember this was my first coaster over 42 years ago.
I love your reactions to these povs! Huge fan! I’ll be visiting this park this year!! Who did you contact to film on ride povs?
My nerves are tingling😂😂😂😂
Great live thanks
Love these vids ty❤
I love this guys energy, you can tell he really loves roller coasters
Wait, what if you recorded all roller coasters at Six Flags Great America in Gurnee IL near Great Wolf Lodge? It would be cool!
jersey devil is my favorite ride right next to nitro! it’s so smooth & the restraints are breathable but secure so every second of the ride, my hands are up & not grasping on the restraints lmao
Excellent video! Thank you!
Love love love all these rides. Used to go every summer and used to work here as well
Hi Robb great videos as always.😁
I’m surprised they let you record on the rides judging by their strict loose articles policy the last time I was there, anyways, great job filming these rides, please make more of these in other Six Flags parks!
For some reason I thought they were tearing down bizzaro I must have gotten it mixes up with another coaster. I'm happy it's there though. I need to get on that the next time I go😊
this was crazy
the cheeks flopping around definitely proves the speed😂
SFGA has such an amazing line up of coasters!! I love them all except Green Lantern - it was running rough when I last rode it. Wasn’t Jersey Devil great?? I think my favorite of all is Nitro: fast, smooth and a whole lot of fun with lots of air time. 😃
I loved your video. I love how you go wheee...in between your excitement that makes me laugh. I also love your wife's expression. Lol
Green Lantern use to be Chang at Kentucky Kingdom back when it was a sixflags park!
How'd you get so clean footage of El Toro? Nice!
I went to this place once and went on Jersey devil and it was scary, the drop feels like your flying out of your seat! It’s the only coaster that scared me a lot
Thank you for posting this. This is the closest I can ride roller coasters by just watching you guys. 😂😂❤❤❤
Cool video. Thanks for sharing. GOD BLESS. ❤❤❤
Just love this guy momments "WEEEEE" lol besides having a front row seat, it was the best , you have a new fan here.
Gonna be visiting this year with my senior class. Can’t wait!!!
Visiting in May!!! I can't wait!
In July I’m planning a trip to Philadelphia, get a tour of the city and maybe hit a baseball game. Also planning to hit six flags great adventure, really excited!
I felt like I was right there with you guys! It was fantastic. I'd love to visit these theme parks. They look like so much fun!
I love his laugh😊 keep em coming.
I do like the rides and watching go on the rides a lot.
Oh wow el Toro reminds me so much of an German roller coaster! It's name is "colossus" and it's located in the "Heidepark" it's also a wooden rollercoaster with an big drop and 3 hills that follow after that, then there are some turns and then you drive into the mouth of an wooden monster with fire effect's it's really cool I enjoy it alot.
(I'm sorry for misspelling things or having Grammar issues I'm still learning ^^)
colossus is another prefab intamin
Have you guys ever been to Cedar Point? They also have several great coasters.
Nitro , still smooth as hell.
this video made me overcome my fears on roller coasters im about to go on jersey devil soon
The tracks on jersey devil give me hot wheels vibes tbh
This man’s a beast I would cry and scream like crZy
Thank you for that video the last time I was on a roller coaster was in cedar point Ohio in the 90s. That Jersey demon that's the ride like in a jet fighter I believe that one be my favorite. 👹
I'm going to Six Flags Great Adventure for the first time in June. I'm very excited to ride all of these, although I'm a little less excited for Superman: Ultimate Flight because I don't like flying coasters very much.
I understand. I don’t think I would like that ride either. My friend did go on it during our eighth grade class trip there.
UPDATE: we went last week, June 15th. Of course El Toro opened two days later because that would be my luck, and it's a shame Kingda Ka broke a week before our trip. If this was something that we could've rescheduled, I think we would've. However, we got to ride some of their other coasters (Jersey Devil and Nitro were top two for sure!) and it's just incentive to come back in the future!
Six flag Great adventure is one of my favorite parts and so is six flags magic mountain those ride you were on we're really awesome
The only other stand up coaster I can think of is Shockwave that was at Six Flags Magic Mountain in Valencia, California. I actually got to ride that coaster back in either 1982 or 83.
I might go on the first one you went on
Commentary is magnifico 😚👌
@Theme Park Review I love the weeee! Kingda Ka is awesome!!!!!
4:30 Nitro was built in 2001 as one of the first hyper coasters build B&M
On the kinda ka i had to laugh about the flapping skin in the wind 😂😂😂
Like your videos ❤
El Toro is one hell of a creation
Some of those rides look so fun i would like to try them i love roller-coasters! Yeah i agree "Weeee!" I liked almost all of them❤ Woah!
Medusa is a lot alike, and has the exact same design up to that first loop (and maybe beyond but idrk) as the new england six flags batman.
This should be a must on couples therapy sessions
That’s amazing how you can hold the camera while you ride
I love runaway mine train rides. My home Parks are SFMM and Knotts.
This guy is a legend❤
Shockwave the Standing Roller Coaster was at Great Adventure in the late 80s and it was soooooooooooo much fun to ride 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤!!!!
Watching others have a good time it’s fun
He was like wiieeeeee 😂😂
Green Lantern is a guaranteed headache for me. It's Chang from Kentucky Kingdom.
I love how every ride is his favorite ever 😆
These coasters are all at just the ONE theme park!? Amazing.
I remember how terrible the superman coaster's restraints were. Bumping my head and shoulders real hard several times. Of course it would've been my life if it weren't for the restraints, but then again I'd be in heaven flying like superman. As fun as that sounds I can wait on that. I have a whole life to live.
Omg I loved this video and you make it so much fun to watch ❤! My hometown park
Green Lantern was my first ever stand-up rollercoaster experience, and I didnt know if I was well installed on my "seat" but while getting vertical positive G's, I was feeling extreme pain in my legs and my feet, especially when entering the first looping. Is it something that happens often on B&M's standup?
Man, I was waiting for a comment like this. My entire lower half was in such discomfort the entire time. I hated it. This made me never want to go on another stand up coaster. First and last.
His face on kinga ka 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Nitro was built on April 7th 2001!
