I love Carolyn. I’ve read all her books that’s been published in my country. I think she’s fantastic
This podcast is everything to me. I’m basically out of the other side of Anorexia & I definitely have you & your videos to thank ❤️ I’ve been recovering & in treatment for my Eating Disorder for the last 7 months, It has been very successful overall. You’ve gotten me through the hard times with my Anorexia & I’m now mostly recovered, I am moving onto other mental health services for Social Anxiety, PTSD & Autism! Thank you so much again for helping me! Sending love & I’ll treasure your videos forever ❤️🩹🙏
Thank you so so much mia and Carolyn. Especially for asking about the daily habit. I so agree- writing/journalling it out is vital for me. Even from the lowest, darkest point I do find almost 100% of the time, give me enough paper and a pen and eventually I find myself seeking the hope/questioning the perspective/belief. Thank you both you're incredible at installing hope. xxxxx
Do you believe there is a space for eating disorders recovery coaches in the UK? As a fully recovered 38 year old from over 20 years of anorexia and other eating disorders, I would like to embark on the journey to work in this field. My main issue is that most professionals working with eating disorders within the UK provide treatment that I don't agree with. I am sure you can relate. It would be great to know your thoughts on this 🙏🏼🙏🏼 xx
