The Golden Eagle’s talons are grasping onto a cactus plant, as pictured on the 1913 twenty pesos note from El Banco Del Estado De Chihuahua. You’re correct, that's a laughable grade PCGS assigned to the $1.00 Series 1935F Silver Certificate, as it barely looks to be in Very Good condition to me. GRADEFLATION has been a scourge on the hobby for a long time; I first noticed it with coins beginning way back in 1996-1997 when viewing lots at a major auction house.
Yea I noticed how much better looking the 20 pesos looked and my silver certs were nearly destroyed. Definitely some glaring inconsistencies on the grades.
Interesting show. Thank You!
Thanks for watching!

Really enjoyed seeing these. Not something you see everyday
Thank you!
PCGS DOES indeed use a paper quality designation: PPQ
you do realize that the grade is also on the back of the holder?
Are you selling these?
