@@rachel512 october I think is fall in Russia, it's a nice weather there. Same here in Canada. But December to March, Russia is freezing winter. While December to March in the Philippines is the best weather.

As a local here, I can guarantee that there are ALWAYS sweet mangoes available in the market January to December. It's just "more" mangoes available during mango season. Anyway, have a safe trip mama Olga and Andrei! ♥️

You can also just use 📦 boxes so you don’t have to buy extra luggage. Just tape it really well. So nice to see you & mamaOlga enjoy the beach before heading home. Safe travels!!!!

The best proper way to pack fruits is to wraps them one by one in newspaper or any available soft paper, then cover them between clothes to protect from damage.👍🤗 Have a safe flight back home Andrie & Mom Olga, we love you & God bless.🛐🙏💐💝🌹🌹🌹

As far as I know, mangoes are prohibited to bring on a flight, …So happy for mom Olga to experienced living in the Philippines, loving the beach and eat delicious filipino foods, have a safe flight and thanks for loving our country🙂God bless 🙏

just a suggestion, if you are planning to bring mango buy the green one only. if you buy a ripe one surely it will be spoiled once you arrive in Russia.

@@EvelinHolmes we place them in balikbayan box, the custom didnt tend to open it. Unless it is chicaron, the border patrol will throw it in the garbage bin. After leaving here for 24yrs, & i go home in the Philippines 🇵🇭 every year, I dont bring fresh good back here. Especially I have a co-doctor which is a pinoy & resides in California, he brings me pinoy stuff every time he get back here in Denver
Throw away the boxes and put the soveiner items in the food bowls and wrap some in the clothes to save space.Mommy Olga will miss the place but she could come back anytime with Lisa and her kids. That would be a great fun again.

Hope she’ll get through at the costumes airport in Russia, with all the souvenirs, especially fresh fruits. In America, you are not allowed to bring any kind of fresh fruit or plants, seeds, they will tossed it out if you get caught. Any dry goods or cooked, and processed are ok. Good luck! Next time mommy olga if visit again to philippines u can go to noth luzon like baguio city.the weather there is good..alsopagudpud beach in la union.and 100 islands in pangasinan.visit also in ilocos very nice

There are no islands in Luzon, you cant find island vibes, thats why they dont go there. Coming from a cold country, Baguio is not on their list, it is crowded and dirty.

Not sad at all to go back. Russia is amazing, it's paradise, all those lakes, stews, friendly and warm people.

Hi Andrei! It's always a struggle to pack your suitcase, right?! Especially when you have lots to bring. One tip I can share is, instead of buying a suitcase, just buy a box that is big enough to fit your stuff approximately 40lbs weight (like a small balikbayan box) from LBC or local shipping company. Boxes are cheap and they weigh less. And then you can just recycle them once you're done with them. Just Also buy a nice packing tape and rope to secure your box and a marker to write on your names and address on the box.
I prefer this method now instead of suitcase. Suitcase can be very expensive and already heavy with nothing in it. Plus, they can also get damaged while in transit.

I am truly amazed that ur mom never got sick from the water, the street food and soooo much fruits and drinking soooo many coconut water daily . Fruits even though healthy it contains lots of sugar !! Please when you go back to Russia have your mom get blood tests …and check her sugar level. Also, im not sure in Russia but normally, here in US youre not allowed to bring fruits in the country . By this time … im sure youre already on your way home to Russia. We are very elated to hear that your mom fully enjoyed her Philippine vacation, maybe indeed in Oct.,.. you guys can go back to Philippines with rest of the family !
