Nope, it's noted in history, so many years ago, there were thousands of Russians and Germans who were refugees b4 in the Phils, coz it's only Philippines that welcome and ccepted them. They lived somewhere in Visayas regions....that instance proved to be the bondage of Philippines among the Russians and Germans..in Philippine history. There were few utube documentary on this. These foreigners considered Philippines to be their second home aside Russia and Germany....

I remember when I’m still working in Tokyo Shibuya in English school and our principal is from Russia also ,and she had 2 sweet and lovely son,at our lunch time our principal 2 son want to seat next to me always because they want to taste my lunch box ( Philippines dish)and they don’t eat there lunch box that there mother made for them, i fell sorry to there mother so I choose to seat in our table when they start eating there foods… And I miss her youngest son Roman
